I ordered a product that if you spent a certain amount you received a free product. I signed up to order, then applied a “newbie” discount, and just like that, no more free product. Pretty disappointing

I checked items were in stock before I ordered (as they were for a gift, and I needed them in 10 days). They printed an Australia Post Label, but it’s been 7 days the the items haven’t been handed to Australia Post. Keep getting stupid emails saying “ We are aware that your order for the below items have still not been sent, we will continue to work to have your order dispatched as soon as possible.”

If the liars at LookFantastic were honest, I’d have ordered somewhere else; somewhere honest.

Not interested in joining companies to order one thing!

I did a Google search for a product that I had bought, I wasn't happy with the price from where I had bought it before and that's how I found you. Reasonable price and easy check out. 👍👍👍

Easy to use website which I have used several times before. Good range of brands and I have never had an issue with an order.

I placed an order with
Merchandise and paid through Afterpay.
Unfortunately, they have no contact information available and refused to provide an invoice for my purchase, stating that I need to wait up to five business days. l also received a notification of delayed products. While a
delivery label was created yesterday, it appears there's no actual stock available.
Numerous reviews report similar experiences, with customers either never receiving their products or receiving damaged items.

Updated: They are continuing refusing provide an email, delete comments on social media, not refund nor sending products. I have filled Fair Trading form and definitely reaching out to their CEO for the services they run.

First of all,
All your customer services responded completely ignored my request and continued holding my money.

Second of all:
1. Lack of Response to My Request:
Your customer service team has ignored my repeated requests and continues to hold both my order and my payment without providing any satisfactory resolution.

2. Invoice Request

I have requested an invoice for my purchase, which you have failed to provide. Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

• Retailers are required to provide proof of purchase for any transaction over $75, either automatically or upon request for transactions under $75. Proof of purchase may include:

A receipt (invoice or tax invoice for GST purposes)
A cash register docket
A hand-written receipt
An electronic receipt
Refusal or failure to provide an invoice upon request constitutes a breach of consumer law, and I am prepared to escalate this matter if necessary.
3. Refund Request

I have also requested a refund for my order, as it has not been processed or dispatched by Australia Post. Despite the label being created, no progress has been made for several days, and at this stage, I no longer need the products.

Rather than addressing my concerns, your customer service team has failed to resolve the issue. I reiterate that I no longer want the order or any discount code you may offer.

My Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

1. Non-Delivery of Goods:

• A business must supply goods within a reasonable time or as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

• If they fail to deliver, you are entitle to a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

2. Failure to Refund:

• Refusing a refund when goods have not been delivered constitutes a breach of the ACL.

• A refund must be processed when the retailer cannot fulfill the order or fails to deliver it.

Action Required:

• Provide the invoice for my purchase immediately.

• Process the full refund for my order without further delay

Failure to resolve this matter promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate with Fair Trading.

Ok.... So here is our recent disastrous experience with Look Fantastic. It concerns their highly regarded beauty advent calendar.
My eldest daughter, who incidentally has had an extremely tough year, has been avidly looking forward to receiving this calendar since last Christmas and my middle daughter, to ensure she received one, PRE ordered one for both her and her younger sister for their Christmas present as soon as the pre order dates were released.
This year was supposed to be a very special Christmas for our family, as my middle daughter is flying out from UK to Australia to enable us to spend Christmas together for the first time in many many years and these calendars were expected to be a very important part of the celebrations. A couple of weeks ago a large cardboard box was delivered but instead of the two advent calendars that had been confirmed and paid for, there was only one. Look Fantastic endeavoured to blame this on the delivery company claiming the second one must have been lost in transit and offered a refund, which was obviously not what we wanted, as we had waited months for this item. Time was wasted in trying to trace the missing parcel through the delivery company, who subsequently provided proof that the parcel had been shipped as ‘1 of 1’ and not, as Look Fantastic were trying to claim, ‘1 of 2’. Look Fantastic had taken payment for the two calendars ordered but only sent out one. It was entirely their mistake. We accept that mistakes can sometimes be made but the way the company has dealt with this is wholly unsatisfactory. This has caused incalculable upset within our family and it's no exaggeration to say that at this stage it looks like having ruined our long awaited and much anticipated Christmas together. My daughters are heartbroken, and I cannot believe that as a company, Look Fantastic have no other redress than to offer a refund. They MUST, surely, retain at least ONE calendar for emergency replacement, even if the box or packaging is damaged. It seems inconceivable that when sending out such a large and valuable item from stock that they can accidentally dispatch only one item when the order clearly states two.
I wonder if anyone else has suffered a similar experience. My daughter is inconsolable, and we feel we have been miserably failed by this company in failing to plan for eventualities whereby they mess up a customer's order so comprehensively and are therefore unable to manage and resolve the situation effectively.
Needless to say, if anybody reading this knows of any way in which we could source another advent calendar please please let us know in the comments.

While the website was terrific I was disgusted by how my delivery arrived. The box was damaged and ripped open to the point that I’m not sure if the item is now damaged and being a Christmas present now I have to give a damaged box as a gift
