Excellent communication. Even apologising for a delay which was rectified immediately, so not delayed at all really. The my Glasshouse advent calendar was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I loved the 20% discount for being a new customer plus a little bonus present. Thank you Lookfantastic!

I received the product within the timeframe provided. The item was damaged. I advised them together with a photo and without any fuss a new bottle was sent to me. Very happy with the product.

Incorrect Item received. Scam??
Not sure if this company is a bit of scam. Order arrived very quickly but the wrong (much cheaper) item. The image upload is not working very well, and took 4 uploads for customer service to receive my image with the incorrect item. The only option they gave me is for me to pay for the return and they will refund me.. so I’m now paying for their mistake… very disappointed and feels like a scam.. or this business doesn’t understand what customer service is?
My order number is 623112656. All I need is for someone to email me a prepaid return label for the mistake you made. I’m still trying to tell your customer service the same story 4 days later, and not getting the actual help I needed. The most frustrating and disappointing online shopping experience I’ve ever had..
Each time it’s a different customer care agent who still don’t understand or care why I can’t create another return label with the promo they provided to me later.. 5 days later.. still not resolved.. of such a simple matter.

This is the most disappointing and frustrating online shopping experience ever. As I said, I can not print out another return label as I previously created one already before finding out that I would have to pay. Please email me this paid label or remove the label I had already created.
