I've been a Lone Rider customer for a long time. The only minor situation took place when I ordered and item that in the end I didn't need for my 2024 R1250 GSA. I got in touch with Anna via email, she was extremely helpful. We were able to sort the situation, I got my refund in a timely manner.

Not only Lone Rider makes great products, but they truly take care of their customers. I'd absolutely recommend buying from them.

Dal 2021 uso prodotti Lone Rider, prima sulla mia R1250GS ADV e adesso sulla R1300GS ADV, mai avuto problemi. Dopo viaggi in tutta europa, i prodotti che non erano compatibili con la nuova moto, venduti come nuovi!!

Bonjour, suite à une remarque sur une pièce non adapté pour ma moto.
Le service client a pris en compte ma remarque et a stipulé qu’il reviendrai vers moi car la pièce concerné était en cours d’étude .
Je viens de recevoir gratuitement la pièces elle est conforme et de qualité.

No doubt they have great products, but I was looking to purchase a single motobag since I dropped and lost mine while riding and they offered to ship me on for free. Great after-sales customer service.

I have had several pieces of LoneRider gear before and was impressed with the quality and thoughtfulness of the products. This time I ordered the new hard cases. These things are superb! After using stock BMW bags for years on other bikes, these hard MotoBags are the best I've ever had. They look fantastic and they function beautifully. Well executed!!

I recently installed 4× Lone Rider LED lights on my BMW R1300GSA and had some overload issues when connecting them to the white circuit. The Lone Rider support team, especially Anna, was extremely helpful and professional. They guided me through the process, explained the technical details clearly, and showed genuine care in solving my problem.

I’ve been using LoneRider side cases and top case for my motorcycle, and I’m absolutely satisfied. They are essential for long-distance trips – waterproof, quick to access, and they look fantastic on the bike. I also have the Overlander 48L bag, which I take on all my international travels across Europe and worldwide. It fits as carry-on luggage on almost every airline and can easily hold my helmet and all my gear.

The quality of LoneRider products is outstanding, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Their support team is amazing – always quick to respond and very helpful. They even resolved an issue with a second-hand case I bought, sending me missing parts in no time.

Nach anfänglichen Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten gab es rückwirkend keine Beanstandung mehr. Der AI Chat nervt allerdings sehr und ist durch einen echten Kundendienst nicht zu ersetzen. Die Produkte sind allesamt sehr wertig und hoch funktional. Ich würde auf jeden Fall die Produkte weiterempfehlen!

Already over the moon with my initial order of the moto lights. I went with the pre-order of the 2nd batch and got them delivered in time as promised. Installation took some research as the how-to on 850GSA's is limited but nothing unexpected came up. While using the lights what they are meant for, I had a tip over and damaged a bracket and lamp cover. When I contacted Lone Rider via mail it took a couple of days, but then Anna responded and helped me out getting the new parts. She went beyond what I could ask for (and what I did ask for) and got me up and running with new hardware in no time.

i dealt with many brands. lone rider after sales support is the best by far, and the products quality is top.

Unfortunately I have had a problem with one motolights and Lone Rider replaced it immediately. It was a quick response and they send me a new light.

Ayant commandé les motorcycle lights, j’ai rencontré quelques soucis lors de la phase de montage et, après 3 heures, l’un des phares ne fonctionnait plus.

J’ai envoyé un email à l’adresse d’Anna ainsi qu’un autre via le site le dimanche soir, et dès le lundi midi j’avais une réponse avec une proposition d’échange immédiat du phare.

En ce qui me concerne, c’est un 10/10, tant pour la qualité des optiques (qualité qui se fait de plus en plus rare à notre époque) que pour la réponse apportée par le SAV à mon problème.
Je recommande sans hésitation les feux additionnels (malgré leur prix) : ils changent totalement la conduite de nuit. En ajoutant les options supplémentaires comme le report des clignotants et le mode flash, cela correspond parfaitement à mon besoin. L’intégration sur la moto est également excellente, surtout si vous avez la Triple Black.

Petite remarque : les protections transparentes et/ou jaunes doivent être achetées séparément. Au vu du prix des phares, elles pourraient être incluses.

Products are ok, customer service is rubbish. Ordered lights for the 1300 GS and ended up receiving different brackets then showed on the website. Its a new version of the under nose mount bug ugly AF. The bike looks like sid from ice age with them.

Asked customer service about this but they could do nothing for me, yeah i could return them and do they installation of 3 hours backwards…no option for me.

Ended up buying the Denali brackets seperate and it worked out great.

Will never buy at lone rider anymore, there business is way to much busy with selling stuff then help at problems.

Not good on the long run.

Been using their high-quality products for a long time and always delighted. Customer service is second to none.

I am very pleased with this brand. Not only because of the quality product they offer but also the detailed instructions they give.
