Wow, Lone Rider customer service is awesome. I sent an email regarding a product I had purchased last year. Within hours I received a response stating the product did not meet their expectations, and they wanted to send a replacement. I sent a response stating I didn't expect that. Anna, quickly responding asking if my address is the same and said a replacement was being sent. Literally a few minutes later I receive an email with a tracking number. Excellent products & design which they stand behind.

Just installed the motopanniers on my bmw r1300 gs. Lone Rider makes the experience very easy, from ordering to installation. I appreciated the fact that their website made it very clear which brackets were required for my specific bike. The panniers come with liners, lid organizers, removable bags, and even rechargeable lights, no need to shop around for those pieces. The video on how to remove the oem brackets and install the LR set are very easy to follow. I did have one question during the install and they responded extremely quickly to my email.

Absolutely love the ADV bags. I purchased the 70L ADV bags and they are definitely worth every dollar. Very high quality construction and easy to setup/adjust. Communication was excellent regarding the delivery of the bags. Couldn't be happier.

I've got few products from Lone Rider. Motobags, Overlander bag (30L), handlebar bag. All worked very well. Tough (few low speed off road crashes with the Motobags : no damage), perfectly waterproof (you wanna talk about real rain ? More than 15 days in Scotland on NC500 : not in single drop of water in any of the bags). For some reason my Overlander bag (4 years old) had an unexpected issue few weeks ago. After few mails exchanged with the company I've been sent a new one even if is was way over warranty period. Really great.

Having looked at various lower engine crash bars for my new R1300GS TE ASA, I decided to purchase the Lone Rider ones, mainly because I liked the fact that you could replace the side pads in the event of a fall. I really wanted black to match my bike but the stainless ones look ok and are a contrast with my triple black bike. Ordering was easy and they were delivered in a timely manner and tracking details were sent to me straight away. The products are first class, the fitment was easy and everything lined up perfectly. I would definitely buy from Lone Rider again and would recommend to others.

I purchased these badass lights which i wanted on my BMW F800GS.
The mounting was a bit tricky but l managed to do it as instructed. Only hiccup was that one light did not was not recognized while scanning. I did some serious troubleshooting and it pointed out that the light was defective. Anna from Customer Service gave me fantastic support (it took 3 days) however she orchestrated everything so well and fast in the background and shipped FOC a new light. Guess what: the lights are working and badass
