Fantastic, high quality technical products, matched by their high quality of customer care. Impressive brand.

I am full equipped with Lonerider on my r1300gsa (and before my tiger 900).
What i like: the top qualité, AND the customer service. Anne (cs) is extremely responsive. A geniune sense of service.
What i dislike: the price 😅 BUT due to high quality of produts (lone rider is less expansive than other supplier for this kind of equipment).
Just a warning: Ensure that new employees maintain this customer service philosophy.

I want to clarify that I am not sponsored; I bought all my equipment myself (I often wait for Black Friday).

After 4–5 months of normal use, my MotoCAN for the BMW R1300GS began causing intermittent CAN-bus faults (TFT instrument cluster wouldn’t power on). I contacted Lone Rider via the website and Anna replied quickly, politely, and clearly. She confirmed my address and requested my tax id for customs. As soon as I sent it, she processed a no-charge replacement with free shipping. Zero hassle, great communication, and real problem solving. Big thanks to Anna and the Lone Rider team. Highly recommended!

I reached out to LR inquiring about some of their products. Anna replied and answered all my questions within just a few hours. I had a few more questions and she quickly provided all the information I needed.

During Black Friday, I placed a significant order and after the order was complete, I realized I chose an incorrect bundle. I sent an email informing about my error and LR replied back within minutes and corrected my order and refunded the difference!

I don't usually leave reviews, but when I get great support and/or service, my review is the least I can do to show my appreciation for their hard work.

Sehr durchdachte Gepäck– und Zubehörlösungen für den Motorradfahrer, hervorragende Verarbeitung mit sinnvollen Details.
Angemessenes Preis– / Leistungsverhältnis, die Produkte sind auf der Webseite sehr gut präsentiert und vorgestellt. Neben hat neben der Overlander-Gepäcktasche hat nun auch das MotoPanniers-System bei mir Einzug gehalten.

J'ai mis un peu de temps à me faire aux côtés techniques. Facile à mettre sur la moto, facile à enlever. Ils sont fait pour durer. Lone rider est une entreprise qui gère intelligemment son business. Mettre des dépôts en Europe et une excellente chose. J'achète actuellement des Motobags car je suis certain de la qualité des produits réalisés avec des matériaux de bonne facture. Les collaborateurs sont rapides à la réponse et très disponibles même pour des solutions inhabituelles. Merci Anna pour votre super Job. De nombreuses vidéos aident au montage certaines commencent doucement à se mettre à la langue de chaque pays c'est excellent car lire les traductions simultanées et regarder a vidéo n'est pas si simple. Entreprise serviable qui connait le monde de la moto et qui s'adapte à toutes les idées.
