Por el momento no he tenido ningún problema con los productos así como con el servicio al cliente, espero no me vaya a suceder más adelante por todo lo que he leído de las reseñas anteriores. Compre el MOTOCASE y la verdad es que esta muy bueno, tengo el de 57 litros y cabe de todo, siempre no sobrepasandolo de la cantidad de libras pertinentes. Excelente calidad, he pasado tormentas y lo de adentro se mantiene seco. Las luces también son excelentes, me ha costado un poco la instalación porque las compre para una 1250 GSA, pero cambie a 1300 GSA, lo que me costó hacer magia para colocarlas debajo de las neblineras originales. Como dije al principio, no he tenido problemas con servicio al cliente, me han resuelto y recién acabo de comprar las MOTO PANNIERS, las que por un error técnico no pude pagar en las fechas establecidas, pero por medio de mails, resolvi el inconveniente, cancele con el descuento una semana después, me pareció muy bueno, ya que sino me hubiera ido con otro distribuidor. Por el cambio de cilindrada, de año y por el inconveniente que tuve, no me permitieron quitarle la plancha para el MOTOCASE, por lo que compré otra sin ningún problema, me dieron la plancha y los pins para las nuevas llaves.

I am happy to share my experience with Lone Rider. Every product I bought from them (Motobags, 6L Mini bags, Motolights and accessories, 48L Overlander bag, Hydration Bladder) are superior quality and I am extremely happy with them. Their customer support is another level. This team deserves a lot of appreciation especially as they listen customers feedback and develop and improved their products!
Good service after my mistake.
I made the mistake of ordering the wrong adaptor plate for my luggage rack. Although contacting Lone Rider proved to be somewhat difficult, they did everything they could to ensure I could start my moto trip on the planned date.

Excellent service
I've ordered a few items over the years from LoneRider ranging from a waterbottle holder to side cases and top case.
Obviously being in Australia i don't expect things to arrive the next day but I do feel that they manage to deliver things within a decent time frame.
As anyone that has used the Lonerider products its most definitely worth the wait.
Update of my previous feedback
I continue my previous feedback of june.
They wrote me to apologise about what happened and to compensate it, they refound me 20% of my last purchase.
Me seems a serious approach to customer’s satisfaction , also if I continue to be not convinced about the use of AI in customer experience.

Bad communication
I bought luggage June 19, 2025, with an expected delivery date at the mid July. After several mail to them without any communication of the over a month late delivery i today, Aug 12 get told that the package is delivered, which it it NOT.
The package was sent to a UPS delivery point instead of my home and that was not communicated d to me. so in the end i DID receive my order.
I also received an additional discount for the late delivery which is nice but i still would have appreciated better communication from LoneRider
Extremely poor communication...AVOID!!!
We ordered a set of luggage in the middle of July, with an expected delivery date at the end of July. Still no sign of the kit, no communication. The handling of calls is nonexistent, numerous messages left and no calls back. The online comms is just as bad... get through the bots, and the message is supposed to be sent on to a human, but again no response. I'm sure the kit is good but they are teally letting themselves down.
Quick update... we had to pay for the return ourselves (£64.75) even after it was proved the bags didn't fit the bike. So the experience has left us out of pocket and very unhappy. Would strongly advise against purchasing Lone Rider products.
Drama! Niet bestellen!!
Bestelling is na 1 week nog niet in behandeling genomen. Na 2 nietszeggende antwoorden van een chatbot geen reactie meer gehad op verdere mail. Ook telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Wat een verschrikkelijk slechte klantenservice. Voor 1000,- euro besteld en geen enkele service, order concerten en geld terugkrijgen werkt ook niet. Een drama! Ik raad sterk af hier iets te kopen!!

No customer service, ordered 3 weeks ago a topcase, sending several mails asking for delivery. Only got AI bot answers.. They are too busy offering motogrammers some material for advertises.. Ridiculous company..
Shocking Pre Customer Experience
Looking to place an order and call be old fashioned I'd like to speak to a person. Tried calling the UK number multiple times but never an answer / call back ... funny how on their website they state 'At Lone Rider, you always speak to a human!' AI bot is useless and despite asking to speak to a human (and the bot telling me it understood and would hand me over) never did. Same experience when trying their chat option, told an agent will be with you shortly but no further response.The absolute lack of any form of pre-customer service says it all. Oh, and it also seems they take payment up front and orders are consistently late. Dodged a bullet me thinks, time to buy from people who obviously care about potential customers up front.

Had my lone rider Moto tent for a year one strap came off outer tent for inner section and sent out full new outer tent to replace it excellent customer service 10 stars and the tent is awesome
Useless discussion with an AI…lack of customer orientation
I have an issue with them, managed by mail, talking with an Artificial Intelligence, that for me represents a lack of attention to the customer

So BMW were unable to fulfil my order for a topcase for my new 1300 GSA and I started a search for an alternative.
Google was my friend but with 100’s of options it was quite daunting. I wanted great quality, good looks and some innovation if possible.
I stumbled across Lone Rider on YouTube and started digging. The Motocase seemed exactly what I was looking for.
I ordered the small 42l Motocase (which is larger than the BMW 37l one) and fitting kit etc which arrived in about a week or so.
I’ve just finished fitting it and although the installation instructions supplied were not great their YouTube guide was fantastic. I’m defiantly no mechanic and have limited tools but fitting only took about 20 minutes with another 20 to code the keys to my BMW key, a great option for me.
It looks awesome, far better then the OM offering. It comes with a lid storage net, 'touch to operate' light and waterproof inner bag. The lid also has a torqued hinge which means it stays exactly where you place it. Simple, great engineering and very Apple.
I look forward to testing and reviewing my new Moto case along with other Lone Rider products in the future, once i’ve saved up for the soft panniers and replacement engine bars. The OM ones are just too wide with those lil’ ears!.
Five stars from me…

Unfortunately, I now have to document my extremely negative experiences with Lonerider.
I am ready to buy a Moto-tent, but I still have two small questions. so I am trying somehow to get into communication with the staff there, in vain.
I tried the contact form, then an obviously badly trained and halucinating KA (Anita) answers. After a completely useless multiple email exchange with Anita, I asked for my request to be forwarded to a human being. Since then, unfortunately, there has been absolute radio silence from Lonerider. Multiple inquiries, including to the contact email address, have so far gone unanswered.
I can't say whether the employees are too busy or whether they simply don't care about potential customers, but the public image is catastrophic.
In my opinion, a nice website and a few nice videos are not enough to build lasting customer trust and a fan base.
I can't say anything about the products yet, because Lonerider's behavior is downright sales-preventing!
Employees of sales companies should actually accompany and support potential customers on their “buying journey”. That is clearly not happening here!
What happens next? I don't know. I would actually like to buy products from Lonerider, but my confidence in the brand is now close to zero!
Very dubious service
Tried to ask these guys about installers in the UK. As wanted to buy a set of £900 lights. Got some random AI generated response.
No answer on the telephone number provided.
No clear information on dealer / installer network.
I think these guys look the part, but if you have a problem with the gear, you’re on your own.
Something just doesn’t stack up about this company in my opinion.
