I recently had my tumble dryer repaired by London Domestic Appliance Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The door lock was damaged, but they managed to fix it quickly and efficiently.

Booking the repair was seamless—I received immediate confirmation, along with the allocated time slot and the contact details of the engineer. The transparency and organisation were impressive.

The engineer who came to carry out the repair was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He worked efficiently, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Overall, the service was excellent, the repair was completed in good time, and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend London Domestic Appliance Repair to anyone in need of appliance repairs. Fantastic job!

My experience of LDAR was excellent. I had an issue that needed to be resolved within hours and despite having other calls to attend to, Ismael personally kept me up-to-date on his plans and ETA. Once here, his experience and integrity were clear. Ismael educated me on the machine and walked me through exactly what he was doing. What looked like a tricky and potentially costly problem was resolved quickly, alongside some good and honest conversation!

I think concerns about timing of payment are unnecessary. As noted, such a fast and in demand call-out service often requires payment up front in my experience. I would say the service and subsequent peace of mind was absolutely worth the money.

I wouldn't use this company. The engineer that showed up did not only give false information but he actually had an altercation with one of the staff at the premises. I paid what they asked for but did not get the service. I would be very careful in paying them before they do the job, which is why they actually ask for the money upfront. They know what they are doing.....NOT their job, that's for sure!

Very pleased to have found LDAR. Ismael is a good communicator and diligently sorted out the time and date for the engineer. Payment was easy and straightforward. The engineer, Algen, turned up at the time agreed and was also good at communicating. He was friendly, professional and and tidy. Algen quickly sorted out the problem. He fixed the appliance and explained the diagnosis. Great job.

BEWARE! Ismael Fraser answers the phone and claims that he is the owner of London Domestic Appliance Repair. He demanded money is sent to him upfront via BACS transfer in order to send an engineer to fix a dishwasher who could come later today. However, he wanted a BACS transfer sent immediately. Then I asked for an Invoice, and the Invoice is for First Serve UK Ltd which is apparently a website marketing company that Ismael Fraser lists on his LinkedIn. It states he has 22 years experience as a internet marketing person to drive sales to website. He states that he has many 5 star reviews but these are probably purchased/fake reviews. He claimed that London Domestic Appliance Repair is not a VAT registered company and this is why he did not send this initially. Why would an established company not have a VAT registration and his home address for the bank wire details? Ismael Fraser has now continued to harrass me by calling me about the bad review, which makes this business seems more of a fraud.
