Unfortunately the communication was poor as to when the workers would arrive. Quite a few issues with the works carried out which were identified during and after by email but Aberdeen Heating did not deem to reply overall fairy disappointed.

It was a good job at a very good price.
The Engineers were friendly, polite and professional.

A family run business that makes you feel like your part of it. We had a new boiler fitted to replaced one that had been in place for well over 20 years and was showing its age. Talked through the options. I initially did not pick their preferred one which was accepted without argument. After I changed my mind and went with their proposal and again no issue. Fitters very respectful.

This is the second time we have had work done by Aberdeen heating and they were brilliant both times. Replaced all our radiators and oil boiler. They go above and beyond to make sure everything fits perfectly. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them.

After calling Aberdeen heating I was immediately given a time that day for a quote to get my boiler replaced. Within the same day I had someone round and then within 2 hours received a very good priced quote. The boiler was replaced 4 days later by Tyler and Ethan who were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Aberdeen Heating

I had Aberdeen Heating out to quote for and fit a new Combi boiler after I moved into a new property that was left in somewhat of a state. I spoke to Sandra who was very sympathetic and booked everything in efficiently.

Boiler was fitted by Bob and a younger guy (sorry cant remember his name). They removed the old boiler and installed the new one while explaining to me what they were doing so if anything were to go wrong in future (not that it will) I know what I'm looking at. They came back out to fix a leak and then fit a new radiator.

Really friendly company and will be using them again in the near future.

Excellent service from start to finish. After an initial consultation to change my parents central heating system, the team arrived and completed the job in a very timely manner. The team kept us informed daily
of the workscope for the day.
The team were polite and well mannered and were constantly cleaning up behind themselves. They were concious of the age of my elderly parents and always informed them if any noise was going to be made from drilling tools etc, so as not to startle them. They even had time to speak to my dog :)
Very impressed with the service and would highly recomend.

The boiler broke before Christmas, and Aberdeen heating came and gave me a quote and carried out all the work within a week. It was a very tidy job and very professionally done. I was always kept up to date on what was being done. I am very happy with the service provided.

Good service, few issue resolved easily on difficult job remove old back boiler new baxi in loft. Great team discussion on the job. Good communication.

Aberdeen heating installed a Worcester Bosch boiler about 2 years ago and initially everything went well. Last Christmas the condensation pipe froze and so shut down the boiler and emergency heating engineer
had to be called out to resolve the problem.

Even though 2 other heating engineers have said that the condensation pipe should not have been installed outside Aberdeen Heating are refusing to accept responsibility and I have now had to submit a complaint to Worcester bosch.

We need our radiators replaced and also a valve. It was a job that had some complications. However, the team at Aberdeen Heating got it resolved and the communication was excellent. Excellent team of skilled workmen. Would definitely recommend.

Tricky job but got it done

Andrew of Aberdeen Heating visited my property last year to then provide an estimate for new Boiler, Radiators, pipes etc. Nothing seemed to be an issue for him and he gave helpful suggestions that previous companies that had visited had not.

Josh and Ethan (heating engineers) were allocated the job and unfortunately for them the work took place over the coldest few weeks of the year (-10 some mornings). Every time I interacted with them at my property I was always greeted with a smile and again, despite the cold and other difficulties, for them nothing was too big an issue. I am also aware they had to juggle several other jobs during their time working at my property, again due to the cold weather they were on a few occasions called away to emergencies etc. There were a few aftercare issues but when Josh and Ethan were sent back to resolve again they were brilliant.

Communication could perhaps be improved upon, for example making me more aware of when coming/going or not able to attend due to other jobs just to keep me more in the loop, and aftercare took a bit of back and forth before being resolved but got there in the end.

When Josh and Ethan left after finishing some tidy up work they unfortunately fell through my floor hatch (dinna fa!) and were apologetic but assured me Sandra would be back in touch when she's able to arrange a joiner to fix the hatch. Looking forward to hearing back for this last tick in the box.

Ultimately this was a big job and happy with the work the heating engineers put in during their time working at my property. Thanks guys :)

Today Sandra of A.H. got a joiner to pop over once he'd finished a job local to my property and he fitted replacement hatch. I wasn't able to be there to meet them but Sandra liaised with me well in regards to updates as to status update where he was etc. and it was all sorted this afternoon. Thank you Sandra. :)

Appointment was booked well in advance. On the day they phoned to cancel because the engineer was held up. Asked to make another appointment and they said there was not one for 2.5 weeks. At no point was an apology given, the woman on the phone was very unhelpful, unsympathetic and condescending. Would not recommend. Waste of time.

Please use at your own peril, after care is horrible! Disappointed with their service. Had issues with hot water/radiators heating, after they had installed the boiler. A lot of back and forth, but at the end no one turned up from Aberdeen heating, 4 months later, I decided to get someone else to fix it!

On two separate occasions I’ve tried to contact them by email about jobs I needed done. I even responded to their request to send photographs of the problem. On neither occasion did they have the courtesy to get back to me. A total waste of time.

got Aberdeen heating to install and replace old storage heating at a very good price unfortunately I wasn't there due to covid to see the work done but I was kept up to date by Sandra i was very pleased with the work when it was finished they even tidied up after they were finished very happy customer

Excellent work carried out, Sandra kept us informed and up to date throughout the work in progress. The engineer graham was punctual and a very tidy worker and done an excellent job. Would not hesitate in recommending

An absolutely first class service from beginning to end. AH provided an impressively rapid response to an urgent need for a new boiler which was fitted without delay as promised. Very good value for money. Communications with the office were excellent, always helpful and informative and seemingly never closed!
We would, and shall, recommend Aberdeen Heating to anyone. G. Duff.
