James at London Diamonds is incredible to work with. I worked closely with James to ensure the diamond we chose was exactly what I wanted. I wanted the wedding and and engagement ring band to fit perfectly together - James was so supportive with the little changes I kept making yo get it right. Great experience, would recommend London Diamonds to everyone! 4 years later, I needed the ring resizing. This was all done for free and was an incredibly easy experience. I’m over the moon with my rings.

I spent a long time researching companies and looking for the perfect trilogy diamond ring. when I came across London Diamonds I was sceptical that a ring significantly cheaper than one I'd seen in a jeweller's would be any good. I contacted them for some advice as I couldn't decide between a 2ct or 3 ct, they came straight back to me with their opinion and the reasons why. I also asked for their advice on an eternity band that would compliment the ring which again they gave freely. For both rings they could have easily upsold me on either the ring or the size but they didn't. I ordered the 2ct oval trilogy in gold and decide to wait and see how good the quality was before ordering the eternity band but asked them to send me a video of my ring next to some of the eternity bands I liked to see how they sat together. Miranda sent me a video with the marquise and round cut half band 0.6 ct advising that this sat best alongside my ring. When my order arrived via next day delivery my husband had surprised me and arranged with London Diamonds to have the eternity band made - again they had worked with him to advise on the best one to match.
My rings are absolutely stunning, the quality, clarity and sparkle are amazing and much nicer than the high street one. I will 100% be using London Diamonds again and will be recommending them to everyone for their outstanding customer service, advice, guidance and quality of their rings.

We recently sent our rings back to be serviced and polished. I'm currently pregnant and can't wear my rings because of the swelling, so it seemed like the perfect time to have them cleaned. They turned them around so quickly, and they honestly came back looking brand new.

You will not regret getting your jewellery designed by London Diamonds! My ring is absolutely stunning and the sparkle on the diamond is way beyond what I could have imagined and the images cannot do this ring justice! I created it bespoke with custom clasps, hidden halo, I personally chose the diamond and birthstones in the band as an extra touch! James is knowledgable, approachable and I never felt pushed for an answer or sale!
