Booked londonblacktaxi.co.uk, as had to get my90 year old mum to Bart’s Hospital for an appointment.
The cab turned up half an hour early happy to wait for us when ready. He was due to pick us up at 2pm but hospitals being what they are was running late. I texted the driver to let him know there was a delay and he was very relaxed and pleasant about it all. As soon we left the building he was there waiting for us.
The whole experience was so stress free and easy. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Will definitely use again! Worth every penny!

We used London Black Taxi to get from Heathrow to downtown London. Service was excellent right from the initial contact to the drop-off location. Questions were replied to right away. The drivers name and contact number was provided. The driver followed the arrival time of the plane and contacted/found us as soon as the plane landed. A follow up email was sent offering assistance to any questions we had about transport in London.

If you’re looking for professional driver with friendly customer service, this is the place! From making enquiries, requesting minor changes to following up a booking that we arranged on behalf of our parents who were arriving from overseas for an airport pick up, it was not only smooth and easy, but also very caring service. (Customer service who you actually can speak to someone and know exactly what they’re doing and helpful indeed) we have used many other airport or taxi services, it has been always hit and miss, however I would definitely come back to London Black Taxi :)

Seeing the great reviews on Trust Pilot, I was looking for a black cab to bring us to London Victoria station as we wanted the ability to use the bus lane and avoid traffic jam as it can get bad. We had a very smooth experience. Booking was easy. Black cabbie driver confirmed by WhatsApp a bit before the time that he was coming. He was very helpful and polite. Excellent service and easy. Will use again and glad I could trust Trust Pilot reviews again.

We had a great, stress free experience with London Black Taxi. Making the reservation was easy. The driver communicated with us before our pick up day, arrived early for our 6:30 am ride, had a roomy and clean car, and drove smoothly. It was on the expensive side but we needed to get to the airport during a transit strike and needed fail-proof service. I’d highly recommend them!
