i have bought 4 tshirts from FRVLOVE and i am very happy with them.i plan to order more the quality and printing are reat,they wil find your dog breed if you dont see it,answer messages quickly and i recieved my shirts in a couple weeks,i have bought shirts from other companies and was not as happy .this will be the first place i look for shirts now,i took a chance when i bought first shirt since i had never heard of company and couldnt find reviews im glad i took this chance,

Its a terrible company. Got sucked into their coat sales. Ordered 2x, one size bigger than normal. Coat arrived and it was too short and did not fit. Lost out n $41+, and they also charge you tip fees not mention until after you paid. Can't return/exchanged cause they won't give address but tell you it would cost too much $ for overseas shipment, yet it cost them $8.99 to ship to you. Upon requesting 50% of refund which they tell you to resell your purchase to somebody else; meaning you were ripped off. However, they offered me a mere $3.00 for my services. Really? This is their tip fees. You would think upon all their ripping off its customers they could afford $15.00. Company is very bad news.

i ordered 2 t-shirts with a shihtzu on them. Both shirts were supposed to be classic tee extra large. First shirt arrived with the wrong size completely. I have no use for it at all. Tried to reach the company. Still haven't arrived and is way pass the promised date. I tried to reach them to cancel the order because I no longer had a use for. I got a notification the second shirt was shipped but it listed 2 of the exact same shirt and size. I only wanted one of the second shirt style and at this point I do not even need it. Customer service is awful. I called and was directed to use the email. The email hasn't worked. I will gladly send the first shirt back or even one of the erroneous second order. I will gladly send back the all the shirts but I have no contact from this company

I ordered a printed face mask.

First they sent the wrong mask. Also the mask that they sent was of terrible quality. When I went through their hoops to make a complaint they apparently didn't even read it. There is no way to talk to an actual human. Their chat help is worthless. 3 agents in a row just disconnected.

Do not do business with this company.

I have purchased 10 masks and 5shirts. I work for Kohls in Springfield I have given your frvlove to many of our customers because they all love my masks. That's. How much I love these masks. Puts a smile on my customers faces.

It was exactly what I ordered and I know will spread a lot of smiles!

Love my masks! Thin and breathable, does not fog up my glasses. I got 3 different Boston Terrier masks and I love them all!

It took many weeks till I got my order, but now I am happy. Design and quality is perfect.

I am very pleased with the shirt I have friends asking where I got it as they have dogs that they love and my fiancee who the shirt was for is very pleased I have recommended several friends to your site ...love the service it came a little later than expected but overall very pleased will be ordering again.

While the masks were slow to arrive, they're beautiful and the customer support was great while I waited. Like many small companies They Had gotten overwhelmed by Covid, but are finally catching up.

This company should not be in business. The company states shipment within 5-20 days. This does not happen and furthermore they do not care. Then the claim the 5-20 days is processing time and shipping takes another 10-20 days. I can not attest to the quality because after 6 weeks i have not received a single item. They do not offer refunds or credits.

DON'T BUY FROM FALSE ADVERTISERS. We bought 3 mask that we liked all 3 were different dog pictures all 3 were of good quality and fit perfectly. So we ordered a 3 pack of one design (mastiff) for friends and family and 1 of another design (Maltese).
The last 4 were of very poor quality and so small I dont think it would fit a 5 year old. The materials used are terrible, the elastic for the ears is an elastic strip not elastic string.
The worst part when I asked for a refund because of the above said materials and size I was refused.
DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!
