Tasty cupcakes but fell apart in transit
Very tasty mini cupcakes. However, I kept them upright the whole time, but they didn’t stay in the slots in their box and so fell over and got a bit mashed up. Not so great presentation for a colleague’s birthday! Also, it would be good if they provided boxes of 6 or 9. 12 is too many for those with small office teams, and there often ends up being wastage. But you can see why they wouldn’t want to introduce that!…

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am so sorry to hear that your cupcakes were damaged on your journey and for the disappointment this caused.
I can assure you that I will be passing your feedback across to the relevant teams to be reviewed.
In regards to our box sizes, we do offer smaller boxes for in store purchases, we offer boxes of 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 for our tiny cupcakes.
I will be in touch shortly to discuss your order further.
Best wishes,
Chloe

Our Wedding Cake
My father took the delivery, as I was out food shopping with my now wife for our wedding. He said nothing but good things - the delivery went perfectly. The cake itself was amazing. A red velvet with some writing on. It tasted perfect. So much so, we were eating it for breakfast over the next two days. Would highly recommend Lola's.
