Great cake for kids birthday party!
We ordered a cake for my son's birthday party and it was delicious. Big enough to feed 25 kids and at least 10 adults (or more). Lots of compliments on the design and how moist and delicious it was. Communication on when it was ready for pick up. Originally had thought it was slightly on the pricey side, but given the quality of the cake and the number of people if fed, would highly recommend!

The cake( chocolate heaven) was indeed heavenly; it came beautifully and elegantly packed in a Lola cake box, in a Lola gift bag. The young lady at the Walthamstow Mall was pleasant, professional and kind. The cake contributed to my daughter enjoyuling her 18th birthday celebration. The whole family lost themselves in decent potions of he gorgeous cake. It was worth the price.

Bring back the flavours
The company can improve by bringing their old selection back which had the best flavours now the selection is just so basic and it is very unfair that you have gotten rid of the best flavours. (Cupcakes)

Hello,
Thank you for taking time to share your feedback with us.
Some of our flavours are only seasonal and are being brought back on specific occasions, and our product development team are constantly working on bringing new exciting flavours in.
We also do look into our statistics, and sadly, even if the flavours are really good, they don't always sell as well as we would have liked it, which can lead to them being discontinued.
I will be sure to pass all of your comments to the relevant departments to review and take into consideration in the future.
If you wish to discuss this any further, please do get in touch with us at hello@lolascupcakes.com
I hope you have a lovely rest of your day.
Best wishes,
Marta

Old Dry chocolate cake awful !!!!!
I bought a chocolate flavoured unicorn cake for my 4 year old daughter I paid over £40 for it.
It was absolutely awful hard and very dry. I had to give it back and to my disappointment Lola’s customer service is absolutely terrible they clearly saw that most of the cake was returned but refused to give me my money back and were only happy to offer me a replacement cake or a gift voucher.
I will not be buying from them again they are a terrible company with very poor can’t service skills I sent many emails that went back and forth a waste of my life

Hello Lubna,
Thank you for taking to share your review with us.
As soon as you got in touch with us to let us know about your concerns, we have arranged for the cake to be collected by our driver to test, so that this could be addressed.
Upon the inspection by our Head of Production, who did taste the cake, sadly, she did not find the cake to be dry or anything else being wrong with the sponge.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered you a replacement cake to be redeemed on a future occasion of your choice. As you found this solution not suitable, we have then offered an alternative solution in a form of gift voucher which you have accepted.
I am very sorry this experience have left you disappointed.
I hope you have a good rest of your day.
Kind regards,
Marta
100% recommend
Great experience, the cake was exactly like the picture for my son's 2nd birthday, packaged perfectly so it didn't mess up. The lovely staff called and waited a few minutes as I was stuck in traffic would 100% Recommend it.

The go-to for birthday cakes
I ordered a birthday cake online for my 6-year-old twins. The choice was good (I went for a mermaid theme), clearly laid out with options easy to discern and choose e.g chocolate . I picked it up at a locajron not far from me and it was packaged and easy for me to carry in a large bag. The servers at 17 & Central branch of Lola’s were great. I think the price was reasonable too.

This cake was a congratulations on your engagement cake for my sister and brother in law. The cake was absolutely gorgeous, the hand piped message was beautifully written and the taste of the cake was phenomenal, it was rich, moist, creamy and 100% fresh.
