Lola's - Lola's Kings X N Omdömen

Ordered the Vegan chocolate fudge cake and it was incredibly popular - would definitely order again

The whole process, from start to finish was easy and fault free, from online order to collection. The cake was as promised, exactly as described and pictured on the website. I was emailed on the morning of my chosen collection to say my order was waiting for me. Really pleased with the whole service and the cake went down a real treat. Thank you.

It was my birthday, it was my first time I could go to lolas for my free birthday cake as I don't live near one. I had the red velvet which I travel back to Norfolk with on the train that day, cake was soooo worth it delicious.

The staff were so lovely and helpful when I was making a decision between a few cupcakes to purchase. Even gave me a free brownie🫶🏽. The King’s Cross station kiosk is the best!!

I ordered a mini tall cake , I have to say not only did it looked amazing but it tasted absolutely fantastic. I won’t be going anywhere else for my celebration cakes.

Had the unfortunate experience of passing by Lola cupcake in kings cross…. Whilst it’s a granted that you don’t visit Lola cupcake for exceptional service but mostly a quick stop at a station to pick up a sweet treat. On this occasion by nephews wanted a cupcake prior to our return home. After each had picked a cupcake. I kindly asked if they could each have their own boxes, to which the response was quite rude in I have to charge for an extra box.. we are reducing our box usage. I understand however if i purchased one cake and then another I would get two boxes. The young lady responded with whatever I won’t argue with it you. A course in inclusivity and neurodiversity would not be amiss and in that statement I hope the experience that I had should speak volumes.. poor and terrible service from the lady in King’s Cross branch and quite frankly I’m appalled at the attitude.

The cupcakes were not as tasty as they usually are, the frosting was wet and not as good as usual.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE

Ordered the vanilla birthday cake and collected from the train station. Straightforward pick up and a delicious cake.

Lolas made the ordering and collection of a birthday cake super easy. The cake was delicious too.

Great cake and it was the most popular between the cakes we brought ( there was two others) Well decorated too!

Very good offer of services to receive or collect your purchase making it very easy.

They were lovely, not a single complaint...always finished off lol

Beautiful and delicious birthday cake, delivered on time.
My only complaint is not accommodating that people picking up cakes from a stall on the underground are likely to be travelling by public transport so having extra large carrier bags would make sense.

Outstanding Review for Lola’s Cupcakes

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Divine Cupcakes!

Lola’s Cupcakes never disappoint! From the moment you step into their shop, you’re greeted with a delightful display of beautifully crafted cupcakes that taste just as incredible as they look. Each bite is pure perfection—moist, fluffy cake topped with the creamiest, most flavorful frosting.

I recently tried their Red Velvet and Carrot both were out of this world! The freshness of the ingredients really stands out, making each cupcake feel like a little piece of heaven.

Not only is the taste exceptional, but the service is also top-notch. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the experience even better. Whether you need a last-minute treat or a custom order for a special occasion, Lola’s never fails to impress.

Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth! If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re seriously missing out. Can’t wait for my next visit! 🍰✨

placed a pre-order to choose the cupcakes i wanted instead of gambling by walking up and finding items sold out (they're popular!), and my box was nicely packaged and waiting for me on schedule, plus the women at the King's Cross location are so lovely, adorable and helpful <3 i can make cupcakes, but not the variety and i love coming to London and treating myself and friends

We love Lola’s vegan, gluten free cake and the service is amazing! We always buy our birthday cakes from here!
