About 6 months ago I ordered the Lohause Picasso en Bleu sunglasses and they are simply the best! I love wearing them and more often than not I always get someone asking me where did I get these from. Thank you Lohause I am a very happy customer :-)

Beware of this SCAM. The company is a total nightmare, with no customer service, and there’s no way to get your money back – I am doing it through chargeback with my bank. Be also cautious of the positive reviews; notice that they are posted by fake Portuguese accounts – the company is Portuguese. Moreover, these glasses are like something from AliExpress. I know you get tricked by the nice website, but the plastic these glasses are made of feels like something from a kids' store. Stay far away from this shop!!!

So if you want to lose money just buy "nice" glasses :)

I have ordered 2 pairs. A frame and a limited edition piece. Very happy with the quality and the packaging. I get alot of compliments, "where did you get them from?" Can't wait for the new collection to drop. As my dress is usually smart casual, It gives me this artist look and people precive me differently.

I just got my new Winston Tortoise prescription glasses and I'm so pleased, the quality is first rate. I must admit, I was apprehensive about getting my prescription filled online but Lohause did a great job. I wear progressives and these are as good as any I've ever gotten. The customer service was prompt and friendly and I got my glasses really fast. The cost was really hard to believe, these glasses were about $300.00 less than the last glasses I purchased. Next, Winston Air sunglasses!

I always have a hard time finding glasses that fit the shape of my face. But these are perfect!

This is a Portuguese company aggressively marketing to the UK market. Their return policy is bogus, and their communication support is almost non existent. After requesting to cancel an order hours after placing it, I’ve heard nothing for a week. I’d like my refund please. Shocking customer service. Your aggressive marketing feels misleading. Nothing is quick, simple or efficient.

EDIT: It seems this post has motivated some action. I have my refund, but it shouldn't have taken a trust pilot post to initiate action. Hopefully, they will learn from this type of poor communication and implement better customer service. The return policy is still bogus. And customs duties for UK customers when paying for aggressive UK ads is also a misleading business practice.

I read a review that said this was a scam which is totally untrue. I was aware of custom charges to the UK but went ahead with my order as the frames are exceptional in both quality and design. Mention should also be made regarding an excellent website that clearly illustrates the wide range of fantastic frames.

The glasses are beautiful. They look and fit as advertised. I have a narrow face and the Allen’s fit perfectly. The build is great quality. On par with glasses I’ve paid hundreds more for in the past. The customer service was excellent. They were quick to respond and very helpful along the way. They helped with the invoice so that I could claim the purchase with my insurance.

Quality of the Winston’s is as good as any premium brand and the style is 2nd to none… 3 pairs.

I am awaiting my 3rd pair. I was initially disappointed with the delivery service as I wasn’t expecting to pay import fees and for a delay at customs. Neither are Lohause’s fault (brexit!) but I did advise them to be clearer on their terms and conditions and shipping details to ensure it didn’t look like they were being disingenuous about free delivery and timescales. Now I know what to expect I waited for a ‘sale’ to take my next purchases below import duty price and accepted potential delays.

P.S. Be aware of returns if you are buying lenses and want your money back asap. It is reasonable that you can’t return lenses and have to wait for a refund.

I have ordered 2 pair of glasses in the past which I use daily. Both stylish and solid I have nothing to complain about. Customers service was there when needed and one pair was replaced on the spot without questioning.

I've purchased 3 frames w/rx lenses (Dean in tortoise and black, & Evans tortoise). Each pair have been excellent quality and are now the only glasses I wear. I receive compliments on my Evans all the time. Shipping was quick and customer support has been fantastic. Quality and px are perfect.

I would give these folks 10 stars if I could, after years of searching and tons of money wasted, I gave up on finding the perfect frames. I stuck to the same boring frames every company seems to peddle, one day as I’m casually scrolling through Instagram, BOOM! The round clear frames with the measurements tailored to me were right there, I proceeded to purchased them immediately and a week later my new frames from Portugal were at my door step. Tried them on and they were perfect! A week later I purchased the same frames in Amber. A month after that I purchased the same frames in Tortoise. I’m a forever customer, thank you Lohause!
