Sizing is all off - I am a size 14, so I ordered 2Xl (14-16). They were absolutely massive. I was not able to return them, however since it was my first order they did send me replacements free of charge in the size smaller XL (12-14). They fit a bit better around the hips, but are still massive around the buttocks and are the most uncomfortable period pants I have tried; M&S is better and costs a fraction of the price. I will stick with ModiBodi from now on for my pricier option.

Do not order if you want an actual product for your money
I have never received my order. Over three months ago I paid through the website for two pairs of XL bikini briefs as part of a BOGOF offer. After waiting well over a month a package arrived containing one pair of XS bikini briefs that barely even fitted over my leg. I emailed to say the order was wrong and Luna apologised saying they would rectify this. Fine I thought I have a few more weeks till my holiday that I needed them for. Well that holiday came and went, i emailed several more times and was told they were being sent and could track them. The tracking showed that they were not with the postal company, I complained again and again. Eventually several months later I receive a new parcel from the company. Inside....one pair of Small bikini bottoms. Once again not the correct size or the right number as part of my order. I am frustrated and angry that my money has been taken and my order has never been fulfilled. I would not recommend ordering through this company, I have not been offered a refund even though I asked a few weeks ago and I have been let down again and again

I ordered some leak proof pants weeks…
I ordered some leak proof pants weeks ago they finally came and thats where the problems started. I followed the size guide and when my order came they were massive. At £39.95 for 1 pair of pants that are no good because they are too big. There is a seal on the bag which means you have to break it just to see the pants. Now they are asking for £6.95 to send another pair but thats just for p&p. I haven't even tried them on because the size is ridiculous. Other sites state if you try pants on over another garment they will accept them back. It makes them expensive and useless as I'm unable to wear them.
I received a few emails they are not willing to exchange the pants but I can pay £6.95 for p & p . And I can donate the pants to charity or recycle them. The reason I have to wear them is due to being in hospital for 7 weeks with a bleed on the brain, I don't work as a result of this. So I don't have that much money to throw away.

As set out in our Exchange and Return Policy, we're unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken, since period underwear is a hygiene product. Every company has its own policy on this, and ours is there for hygiene reasons rather than to make things difficult. What we do offer instead is our fit guarantee: the replacement pair itself is free, and we only ask a contribution towards shipping so we can get the right size out to you.
Judging a fit from a size guide alone is never easy, so we'd much rather sort out a size that actually works than leave you with something you can't wear.

Purchased a few items in a sale, I've used other brands before, but I really liked that there were set sizes rather than ranges, which means the fit was really good. Fabric was soft and the seamless range felt barely there.

Poor quality. Pretty sure this is a China website pretending to be EU/UK. Delivery took ages and the pants are no better quality than cheap Amazon sellers. Don’t be fooled by all the fake social media reviews!

Luna has a bunch of different period panties that feel great, are comfy, and super absorbent for that time of the month. The material is really soft, and they feel just like regular underwear. I totally recommend Luna period underwear. Their customer service is also awesome at handling orders and sizing.

Very good customer support
Ordering and delivery was quick. I ordered two different designs for my daughter and she found that the briefs were a more comfortable fit for her shape compared to the shorts. However, Luna have been very prompt in returning my emails to get replacements for the shorts that did not fit. So far, so good with regard to absorption. The only downside is that the briefs are a little bulky compared to our usual brand, but they will be great for night time and at home days. They are great value for money.

Terrible experience
I ordered 2 pairs. One arrived with a hygiene strip, the other one without. I queried this, since it makes me dubious that the item without the strip has not been used or handled previously. Their response was far from believable and they refuse a refund. Chargeback and trading standards next.

Sorry to hear this has left you feeling uneasy, that's understandable and not something we want anyone to sit with.
Just to be clear on this point, our underwear doesn't come with hygiene strips at all. What we do use is a sealed pack with a hygiene sticker applied during packing, and that's what determines whether an item can be returned. Everything you receive from us is brand new and has never been worn or handled by another customer. Returned items are never resold, we donate them.
We're not able to refund an opened hygiene product, but our fit guarantee is always available on a first order, so if the size or style isn't right we'll exchange it for one that suits you better.

Do not buy from here they are not based in the UK TAKES 10 days to come even though it says Royal Mail! They charge £17.95 for a return and the period swim wear you can see a Line like you are wearing a sanitary towel!

Good customer service, I had to contact them as the period briefs I ordered were too big. They arranged to send replacements under their fit guarantee. The knickers seem well made and I'm looking forward to trying them once the smaller sizes arrive.

Shipping took weeks
Shipping took weeks, the customer service was awful such a condescending email, and they are stupidly huge as the sizing is ridiculous!! Like others have said returns are expensive, very time consuming and basically impossible. I've thrown my away, what a waste! It's sad that the reviews on the website are doctored so don't echo the real issues. Overall a really awful company and product!

Incredibly comfy soft material. I ordered 4, 2 were perfect but 2 of the designs didn’t fit me right. I sent an email to see if there was anything I could do, and straight away the customer service team offered to send me replacements that fit, which I was very happy about!
