Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service, so I ordered the XL seamless black pants but unfortunately they looked too big when they came. I was unable to return them but was offered the fit guarantee. I’ve got the size down being sent out to me which is fantastic. The original ones did look very good but can’t comment on how well they work yet. I certainly will come back to with another review. Amazing Value
I ordered four pairs of period pants for my daughter. Wanting them to last I ordered a slightly bigger size and when they arrived they were just too large for her. I am bowled over by the First Order Fit Guarantee which means we can order a smaller size free of charge. Amazing!

Refunds
So, I purchased 2 pairs of their pants. Unfortunately, you have to break the seal to look at them. Luna will not give a refund once you open the packaging. But, you can’t see the product until you open the package! Really poor customer service, email after email says we can exchange but that’s not what I want. Sorry this hasn't landed the way you were hoping. Because period underwear sits directly against the body it counts as a hygiene product, so once the seal is broken we can't take it back for a refund. You'll find this set out on our Returns and Exchange policy and printed on the seal itself, so it can be checked before opening.
What we can do is arrange a replacement if the fit isn't right or if there's something wrong with the pair you received. Judging a size online is never straightforward, so we'd much rather get you into a style that actually works for you than leave you with something sitting in a drawer.
If you let us know how they felt when you tried them, we can suggest which size or model would suit you better and get that sent out.

Ordered two pairs of period pants
Ordered two pairs of period pants. They took a while to arrive but Luna did send regular shipping updates. Unfortunately, even after following the size guide, the briefs were too tight. I contacted Luna under the fit guarentee and have requested the next size up. They have explained how this works and I am expecting the next size up to be delivered. The briefs feel lovely and soft.

I ordered two period knickers. They run large, so check the sizing based on measurements, not the usual sizing. The ones for heavy periods are quite thick, more than the usual. They are probably good for women with heavy periods. I used the fit warranty, so exchanging to hopefully the proper size. I cant comment yet on the actual products though

First time using Luna
First time using Luna and have been impressed with product and customer service. I ordered period swimwear - the bottoms are amazing and having recently started to use period pants I was super excited about bikinis! The tops however were too small and customer service has been great in sorting a replacement.

Order didn't arrive!
Ordered on 03 Sept 26. (Should have done more research as to where they were coming from). They claim they were sent on 04 sept 26. The parcel hasn't moved since. Royal mail hasn't received it either. This is the first time I have ordered from them but I won't be ordering again or recommending this company as I haven't even received my order!!!!

Our orders are collected at our international shipping centre before going out in bulk, so the tracking can stay quiet for a while before Royal Mail picks it up for the final leg. I ordered 8 pairs of Lunã’s period pants. They look much better than other brands and the material feels great on my skin. I also love their fit guarantee on your first order. I was able to order a few styles so I could see how they would fit. One of them was too low for me and it sat on my C-section scar, I contacted Lunã and they were friendly and accommodating. Bad customer service
Ordered a jumpsuit which the delivery was much later than expected. When it did arrive the material was horrendous and so was the fit.
When I made contact with them
The customer service was awful. It took A long time for any response and when I did get a response they offered 20% refund and I could keep the product. That was not satisfactory. In the end I accepted 40% as they would not budge and it would have cost me more to return.
I will will never order from this company again

Long shipping times. Helpful cutsomer service. Don't size up on everything!
I was excited to try Luna's period underwear having previously used a different brand that was quite bulky so I only wore it at home or with a flowy dress.
I am a size 10 and ordered 6 pairs of different styles in size L(10-12) as they suggest you order up of you are between two sizes.
I hadn't realise the shipping would take almost 2 weeks. They advertise free UK shipping so I assumed it was coming from within the UK, however their factory is based in China, hence the wait.
When the products arrived they were all packaged in one bag with a seal. Breaking the seal would mean losing the right to return.
However I did break the seal as I knew they offer a FitGuarantee. It turns out over-sizing was not the right thing for me.
Customer service have been very kind and eager to help. I am able to get replacements for the right size and hopefully they will be just right and offer the protection I need.

As for the packaging, we've deliberately chosen not to wrap every single item separately, as that would mean a lot of extra plastic. Underwear that doesn't fit but is still in good condition gets donated where possible, so it still finds a home.
