We were away and our pet-sitter broke the key in the front door at 11.30pm.
We called round, and were recommended to try Locksmiths Gloucester.

He arrived quickly, tried as hard as he could to get the key out the lock, then replaced the lock (and fixed some other issues!) when it proved futile. He kept me updated throughout, and was very friendly and helpful. The door was fixed incredibly quickly, and without it costing the earth.

Arrived quickly, tried to fix the broken lock but we’re not able to . They were very polite. They said they would try and source a new lock Unfortunately I never heard back from them. I have since had a new lock fitted . But thank you anyway for your quick response

Saxon was brilliant, kept me updated on arrival time on the call out, sorted everything out was very polite and friendly, managed to get me back into my property, despite a very tight and tricky lock, that would not budge, had to drill out the old lock, but did so quickly and effeciently, would thoroughly recommend.

A fantastic service from Locksmiths Gloucester. My husband called to say a key has broken off in our front door and within 15 minutes we had someone call and fix our lock. I called locksmiths Gloucester as my husband had snapped the key off in the lock to our front door. Saxon came within a couple of hours of me calling him and sorted the issue out. He even tightened the lock on my front door as he noticed it was loose. Lovely guy and very polite. Highly recommend.
