Arrived on time, happy with work done
Arrived on time, the engineer was helpful and soon found out the cause of the problem . Fortunately the problem was quite easy to fix so all I was charged was the callout/ first hour charge and the parts supplied at a reasonable price.
Very happy with the service I received.

A company I would recommend and use again.
I called the company and explained the issue I had. A man arrived a few hours later, and the repair took just over an hour. He guy was very polite and told me what the issue was and what he was going to do to put it right.

We had a problem with locking the door, telephoned Locksmiths Gloucester & shortly after they were out, Saxon fixed it & cleaned up any mess afterwards. We would certainly recommend again

Great service
Very prompt arriving, explained and showed the problem with both doors in layman’s terms. Saxon was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. A lifesaver late on a Friday afternoon - thank you so much. Would definitely recommend and use again but hopefully not anytime soon!

Excellent service and a fair price
Excellent, fast service when we managed to lock ourselves our of the house...and then again when the door lock needed repair. Fair price for their services, a lovely friendly person attended both times. Throughly recommend their services.
