Great product
Great product! Fit for my 2003 Honda Accord, the price is way better than local key shops, I saw the same keys for 90 dollars. Also the chip worked with my car, so very great product i recommend!

The key fob could not be programmed by the locksmith. Waiting on the service ticket I submitted to be answered.

I answered that email the day it came in and have not heard anything since. I will call in today

No communication
I communicated with the company to initiate a return and have not heard back even after multiple attempts to do so. The policy stated there would be a restocking charge and all kinds of other fees with a return however, I was not sent a compatible item so I don’t feel this is my responsibility to be charged fees. I did not simply order the wrong item.I was sent an incompatible one.

Heated discussion with customer service
Spoke with a representative from locksmith keyless yesterday, and apparently it didn't go to well. He wanted me to change my review and then he would refund my money. My position hasn't changed one bit. I appreciate the apology and the suggestion to return my refund, but the fact that I received a bad product hasn't changed, and that's just not good business. I hope them well in the future and I hope that they take a good look at this particular product (cadillac key fob) and make some changes

The only way for us as a company to confirm if you are not 100% happy with your item is to let us know ( contact us directly ) or to report any issues about it. In this case, you never notified us about the product received but we offered you to send you a replacement or full refund once we received the defective item. As your feedback is very important we suggested to update the review as a solution was offered and presented.

Product (remote key) was shipped…
Product (remote key) was shipped promptly. However, was held up at Canadian Customs due to lack of "country of origin" not being supplied on paperwork.
Finally received the remote key yesterday (Oct. 22)after expediting for one week for proper customs clearance with your customer service people. Still need to get remote key programmed at dealership.

BIG WASTE OF HARD-EARNED CASH!!!!
Took fob to be programmed at Mazda dealership. The cost was $225.00 regardless of whether it was successful. MY BIG LOSS!!!!! They kept getting an error message that would not allow the fob to be programmed. The fob cost me about $47.00. Now, I have to buy the fob directly from Mazda, for $235.00 plus get it programmed for $225.00.
The product description in Locksmith Keyless website specifically stated that it is the correct fob for my Mazda model.

If it is not printed on your remote or if you lost your original remote, please call your Local Dealer, by giving them the VIN number of your car. They can provide you with the information.
