Mixed review. Great price on my item, 2day shipping included also great. But about that shipping.. I recieved invalid tracking for UPS, found out the tracking was FedEx actually on my own search. Fedex kept reporting they didn't have the item yet all week but item arrived to me as originally planned later this same week. I contacted CS and they were very responsive and nice however they were also going off the false tracking info. So price was great, CS was responsive, computer inventory tracking needs some help. I may shop here again but for now I'd have trouble recommending to friends.

I needed a lock because I'm moving to a new home. Their website gave an estimate of 5 business days. I ordered believing it's true. It's been more than 2 weeks now, and my order has not even been fulfilled yet for shipping! There is NO ITEM TO DELIVER. WHY PUT IT ON SALE IN THE FIRST PLACE? I can't even cancel my order, which sucks because it's an expensive (>USD400) order. Now I don't even know when they are going to deliver. I emailed, and they said it would be shipped over the weekend. Guess what, that didn't happen. I called, and they said they're going to call me back because the one responsible is on a lunch break (wth?). You could probably guess it, they didn't call!!

I'm soon moving out of my current apartment, and there will be no one to receive my order if it even arrives. Terrible company, I don't recommend it at all!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I ordered keys and did 2 days shipping. After a week I called to check on the keys and they said “oh we just moved so we didn’t do nothing, we will send it today” and hung up. After few more days we called again and they said the exact same thing. Told them to just make a refund but seems like they just stealing the money

The worst ever it takes years to receive an order ordering from china is faster

Ordering the key blanks was easy and they shipped quickly. After having the dealership cut them, they functioned perfectly.

Unlike competitors, they actually had what I needed in stock and expedited the shipping!

They had my part and shipped it promptly. It arrived before estimate date. Still need to program and install.

On time and a great price. It was easy to order from the website.

Placed more than one order on this site, they lure you in with prices but the delivery times are terrible—same as from China. They constantly apologize but do nothing to fix the situation.

If you’re okay with waiting longer than the stated time, go ahead and order, but if you need it quickly and want to hear their excuses, this site is exactly for you.

I have 4 orders for more than $3,000, and all of them have delays and apologies.
Just read the reviews and you’ll see nothing but apologies from them.

sent incorrect item with WRONG spare key Order #238919, took over 2 days to reply, offered to send key....I said ok as long as it is correct and fits FOB. 10 days later, no part, no tracking, no reply to 2 emails. Filing a card dispute

The remotes i received are not working. What can I do to get them working ?

When I was looking on there website trying to find a key lock pick for my house and I searched on there website and it should a pacific one so I ordered it bought it and it doesn’t fit I emailed them asking for a refund and they refused to take it back when they sold me wrong kind

Was told I'd receive code in 1-3 days. Followed all instructions as requested. 3 days went by with no code or follow up email. I emailed and called a few times. Finally after 7 days I received my autel update code. These delays cost my business money as it left my scan tool unusable on some model cars... left me unhappy as well as my customers.

Wait until Thursday and didn’t get any tracking number call them say the move warehouse and the didn’t ship it and won’t ship until next week my question is how come u guys take order if u can’t even make shipping and why not update the customer so he can order it from somewhere else

I received the order in a very timely manner. However, I was under the impression that I ordered fob cases, not a complete key fob. There was nothing on the website stating that they needed to be programmed nor did the order
have any instructions on programming the key fobs.
