After days of wait due to lost package today got a phone call from management and notified about the tracking number and explained misunderstanding going on *I do appreciate the help provided I recived my machine today but I got to say it as well a Feedback always helps solve an issue

Smooth process and received items quickly

Instead of having to purchase a new remote, I was able to purchase just the outer shell (the rubber material on the front was tearing off). The item came with everything needed to change out the shell.
All I had to do was take the old one apart and transfer the electronic part of the remote and put it all back together.

An instrument sheet might have made things a bit easier. Either way, I got a new shell that works and looks great.

On the page I found all the information I needed to make my purchase, it arrived on time and I had all the information to setup my machine, I recommend it

I requested a new spare key for my truck. To some time to find the find the product code and correct chip for mv Truck. Very fast on shipping. Awesomeness job

The key fob doesn't work. The battery was dead. Key fob was NOT programmable. Three days ago I completed the online return/refund request and so far this is the only email I've received. I want to return the defective key fob and get a full refund. A full refund for the key fob, taxes, and shipping. This is not my fault the fob is defective/broken/not programmable. Thank you, Debra M.
