Great lock option
Great lock option. It’s great for easy entry for our entire family. It is also a great options when you need entry without worrying about the physical key being compromised.

I highly recommend Lockly for their design and reliability
I highly recommend Lockly for their durable and sleek design and also for all the high tech functions. It’s a reliable system that has been effective in my business to allow remote access in times I could not be there. The customer service has also been amazing in times of need. I have had their locks for home and business use for over 8 years now and have no regrets. They continue to update their design and features and their attention to detail and commitment to creating a high quality product is definitely noticeable. 100% a remarkable product and company.

Great support.great lock
Installed the new Lockly with help from the support team,which very responsive. The next day I had some additional questions and amazingly they had my picture and I didn't have to start all over. Great support and now that the lock is installed I love it. Just did the fingerprint and that is working nicely. Happy customer!

Great product and great customer service!
I am very happy with my Lockly smart door lock. I purchased mine back in 2022 and it’s always worked beautifully. I love that there are so many options to open the door although my favorite would be my fingerprint. I’m writing this review because I wanted to commend their customer service for their excellent support. The door sensor magnet fell off my door frame and broke. I sent an email on a Sunday afternoon and the customer representative, John, replied that same day, took all my information and got back to me later that day that the part would be sent to me free of charge. I really appreciate how professional and courteous John was both on the phone and via email. They really do make an outstanding product and I love their customer service!

Awesome Products and Top Notch Customer Service
The products are well made and easy to use. Installation initially seemed a bit complicated but turned out to be straightforward once you get started. Customer service was quick to respond and quite detailed. Gie, the individual who handled my inquiry in regards to a particular lock's appearance, was professional and friendly.

Very helpful people
The people I delt with were very helpful and knowledgeable of my case. It was nice to have some cohesion through out the support issue. While it did take several days to resolve, I felt like the team was always aware of the current status and were extremely helpful.
