Dear Gauthier, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are very glad to hear that you generally enjoyed the car.We are truly sorry that you found our team's attitude unpleasant and that they didn't assist you with the GPS setup. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. We are glad you were able to set it up yourself, but we will share your feedback with our relevant department to improve our customer care and technical assistance.
We understand that the charge for returning the vehicle to a different location can seem high.
We have taken note of your feedback to discuss it with our relevant department and we hope to welcome you back for a much better experience next time!
Chiara

Was really easy to book the car and when we got it it was no problem to extend the rental period. The only thing that was not so nice was the tyre pressure when we got the car. The pressure was showing an alarm and when we went to check the pressure at a filling station we noticed that the pressure in all tyres was far to high. But we were able to solve this issue and we had some nice days with the car. The staff was really friendly and the price was okay.

Good price, attitude to improve
Car was ready. OK for the price. AC not working. The employee wasn't very patient. She seemed to be bothered. Her attitude changed a little when I apologized for "bothering her".
