Very dirty car
We rented a car in Grosseto and were very disappointed with its cleanliness. The car was extremely dirty, both inside and outside. There was rubbish left behind the seats, a lot of dirt on the floor mats, and a thick layer of dust on the dashboard, steering wheel and other surfaces. The windows were also very dirty.
Unfortunately, the staff member who handed us the car was not particularly friendly and seemed rather uninterested and unmotivated during the pick-up process, which made the experience even less pleasant. She gave us the feeling that we are "disturbing" her by picking up the car. Lazy and unprofessional attidude.
The car itself was okay and worked without any problems, which is why we are giving 2 stars rather than 1. However, we would definitely expect a rental car to be properly cleaned and checked before being handed over to the next customer. All in all, we will not rent here again.

First we arrived to rent a car fisically(personally) and we were disappointed, because we get no proposal to rent a car within a week. After i did it via Discovercars.com -it was successful. The car was good according to our expectations. I missed some suggestions from Locauto manager how to behave in case to get an auto, if they can’t propose it physically. Please pay more attention to customer needs:)
