I really like using veterinarians.com (previously localvets). We have generated a significant amount of business solely because of them. Their website is easy to navigate and their support is great! I would recommend this to anyone looking to grow their business!

Very user friendly website but some hassle involved with monitoring billed calls.
Very easy to use website and browse through calls. Besides tracking how many calls per month you receive and out of those calls which ones booked; you can also monitor the phone conversation and review your staffs performance. The downside to localvets.com is that a large percentage of booked/ billed calls are already existing clients, so I have to be diligent with the frequency in which I check the calls. The process for refunding/ crediting call is easy, but it would be nice to not have to worry about being billed for clients that are existing, especially if you haven't had a chance to review calls in over 35 days and you can't get a refund.

Great Company to work with.
We are very happy with LocalVets.com services. We have attracted several new clients to our hospital with their services. I especially like the recorded phone calls that I can review and monitor the staff's conversations and interactions with potential new clients. We can then use it as a staff training tool. LocalVets customer service team is excellent! They have been able to handle any questions or concerns I have had and handled them quickly to my satisfaction.

Love Local Vets!
Local Vets has helped attract many, many new clients to our veterinary clinic. The rates are very reasonable, and any discrepancies in billing I had, they resolved ASAP. I would highly recommend Local Vets to any veterinary clinic looking to attract new customers!

There is no better way to get new clients than through LocalVets.com
In review of all the marketing we do there is no better way to get appointments and new clients at the same time with only having to pay per appointment made. What a smart idea that is working to get trackable new clients into our clinic that may be new to the area or unsure about their current Veterinary Clinic and want to look elsewhere. We have had tremendous success with LocalVets and will continue to advertise with them.

Easy, quick return on your advertizing investment
I am very pleased on the return of the monies invested in the service supplied by localvet.com. There is minimal involvement on my part that nets significant return which is very important to me. I then can concentrate on my specialty and let localvets.com concentrate on keeping me busy!

Best Marketing for Veterinarians
We have used veterinarians.com (formerly localvets.com) for several years. We are highly satisfied with the number of new clients that it has helped us to bring in month after month. Our name pops up first under many key-word searches. We like that we are able to listen to our recorded calls and are able to get a quick response when we have questions on charges. We feel that local vets is a great marketing tool for our business and we would highly recommend it to other clinics.
