Not happy
Top quality chair when we eventually received it from yourselves. Ordered a chair in October way in advance before Christmas. Phone calls one after the other asking where it is and worried we wouldn’t have it before Christmas, to finally receive it today 3 months later!! Don’t trust that they have things in stock because we have waited this long. Not happy at all with how long we have had to wait or the customer service down the phone trying to sort it out. Not happy in the slightest!!

Poor service
Ordered1st NOV. On4th said could track tried to tracked could not. I emailed Lobby's with my concerns over parcel reply was abrupt "it was sent to the given address". 7th Nov rang DPD said d Loppys had not given them the parcel yet. Then rang Lobby's they said they would look into it and get back to me. On 8th Nov rang Lobby's again said they would send new parcel. It took till the 14th to receive it. Not good service at all.
