Arrived a week late and not a full order .
apparently got mixed up with a another order which was meant to be put back.
But was never informed that the order was light, they just sent it with no apology's .
I only recovered a refund when I phoned.

Excellent service
Excellent service . I use Lobby's for casters worms and maggots. They are as good as you can expect and other than freshly turned casters from a local shop as good as you can get online. 👍

I purchase from Lobbys Tackle The new Advanced full kit ridge monkey boilie chopper although advertised with small inner 2 boxes with lid, it didn't arrive with the 2 boxes but the lid was in the package along with the main lid fir the actually big bucket, and the main bucket was damaged, I rang l lobbys Tackle who said he would ring the rep and get back to me in the mean time send pictures of the damage to email he gave me, I dud this tgen rang back, for him to say the rap had gotten back to him and said Ridge Monkey niw take the 2 smaller inner boxes out ni longer supply them with the chopper and they are £50 each to buy, and he had received my email but didn't offer a replacement or refund of any sort, I then rang Ridge Monkey and spoke to the manager whi said if lobbys tackle advertised the new chopper with the inner boxes they should be in the package especially with the lid for them being inthere but they wasn't. I won't ever buy from lobbys tackle again no matter how much I wanted somthing I'd rather go without.
