Great service, gorgeous furniture
Helpful, friendly and patient. We visited the store numerous times with our two dachsunds as we couldn’t decide on a colour, very friendly and helpful on every visit and our dogs were always made welcome. This is our second Loaf sofa, we’ve looked around but couldn’t find anything that comes close to their quality and style.

Second visit to the Wilmslow showroom…
Second visit to the Wilmslow showroom and both experiences were wonderful. The first time we purchased a sofa and everything went very smoothly. This time, Ben helped us with cushions — he was incredibly helpful and very professional. We would definitely recommend Loaf!

Lovely store
Lovely store, lovely people!
We went in on a busy Saturday and had a brilliant experience with Kane. We ended up buying two sofas and two love seats with guidance from Kane on fabrics and pillows as I was unsure what would look good together but knew I wanted a mix.
I would highly recommend loaf to friends and family!

Very professional, knowledgeable, informative staff. Good quality furniture presented well in a showroom lit with lots of natural light. Good parking facilities. Staff present and available at many levels but did not feel they were pushy. Great experience. Dog feiendly 😀

Outstanding experience
Thank you very much to the Loaf team at Wilmslow. A particular thanks to Kane - his professional advice, friendliness and patience with us was outstanding. Especially as we visited quite a few times (with a two year old that the team kept entertained) while we were still deciding on colours/ size etc. We bought the large right hand smithy corner sofa in the end, but never felt any pressure to purchase.
The sofas are great quality and it’s great to actually be able to try out so many options in the show room.

We visited your Wilmslow branch
We visited your Wilmslow branch, very impressed.
The door was held open on arrival and we were greeted with a mince pie and glass of fizz , great start.
The staff were warm and friendly and didn't badger us like what happens in so many furniture shops. We were left to explore the shop on our own and help was offered when we needed it.
We ended up buying our dream sofa, the Smithy even sided corner, and left feeling we had a great experience all round.
Unfortunately I didn't manage to get the names of the staff on shift but all are a credit to your company.

We ordered 2 sofas and other items…
We ordered 2 sofas and other items prior to the ‘order before midnight and have your new sofa before Christmas’.
We were eventually emailed last Friday with a link to book a delivery date. We followed the link the same day S it was sent. The earliest delivery date was 29th december.
Loaf have falsely advertised / promised something they clearly can’t deliver.
Would not recommend trusting any of these promotions that they advertise.
We’ve booked a delivery date for early January now, as we didn’t want to end up without a sofa over Christmas as we obviously need to arrange to get our old one removed before the new one can arrive.
