Great service and really friendly staff. We got a call to say they were on their way and they arrived at the agreed time. The removal works was professionally and quickly carried out. We were very happy with the service from Loads4Less

I was put in contact with James and Adam and I'm so glad I was. They were really friendly, professional, and explained everything on their initial visit, then on the day Matt and Matt were a great team and got everything done quickly, cleaning up after. Using Loads4Less took a lot of hassle out of the clearance, and their policy of recycling is a huge positive. I would highly recommend this team.

Very professional, had door protectors and a carpet protector, and were super quick and efficient. Both Matts were amazing, got my flat move done in two hours, I'm impressed!

Adam was very helpful with the admin. and the moving team (Ben, Matt, Richard and Rueben) were very thorough, careful and patient with the final delay.

Loads4less were able to accommodate our move with short notice. I completed a self assessment online and received a very thorough breakdown of costs, which was a competitive quote. Moving with a young family is very stressful, but this was eased by being able to choose a time that worked for us and some materials were dropped off beforehand if we required them. On the day, the 3 removal men worked tirelessly in the 30 degree heat to get us moved in and all our belongings arrived safely. We absolutely would not be sleeping here on the first night without them. It was the best money that we spent. There were a few items taken which needed to stay at the property but this should've been better planning from us.

Adam was my contact when booking and was very understanding, as our exchange date kept being pushed back. When we actually moved we had Matt & Matt load and unload our stuff, they were superb. Very professional, hard working and courteous. Great guys - thanks a lot!

Matt and Reuben were very professional, efficient and friendly. They got everything across to the new house promptly, including a piano, and with no breakages. They kept us informed throughout and were guided by us as to where to put boxes/each piece of furniture.

From the initial phone call 2 days ago with Adam to the removal of my bulky items today the whole experience has been amazing. Speedy, professional, friendly service, highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They did not provide enough vans. Items were broken, damaged and worse left behind.They destroyed Antiques and refused to take any responsibility and then had the audacity to blame us for all the damage.

Awesome service and super efficient. Will definitely use Loads4Less again. All the staff in the office and the two gentlemen who came with the van were friendly, helpful and I was happy to leave them to it. The least stressful moving experience I’ve had to date :-)

Very prompt service, removing 3 wood burners from a garden shed, the boys did well.

Matt, Ben, and Wayne did a fantastic job for a full house move including many boxes of books and a very heavy piano. They took great care and were highly efficient, as well as being friendly and helpful throughout. Huge thanks to Matt, Ben, and Wayne! Highly recommended.

Wayne was on time, took a lot of care of both properties when moving items (door covers and rugs used). Items carefully but quickly packed. Unpacking went well, again door protectors and rugs down. Helped with getting mattresses upstairs. Very pleasant
