COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

I wish i had read the reviews before buying, website looks professional and you would assume items are coming from the UK but infact take weeks to come from CHINA!

I waited over a month for a dress to come after requesting WITHIN THE 24HOUR TIME SCALE to cancel the order. To be ignored and then emailed apologising for the delay in which time was too late to cancel order it had apparently been shipped!

My friend bought the same dresses in 2 sizes to try on, these came after a couple weeks horrendous quality definitely not worth the money! It cost her £26 to send back to china again same as alot of these reviews offered a partial refund to keep the tack but refused so was out of pocket again£26 to return to CHINA returns are a horrendous process which is obviously deliberate to make you give up and keep the crappy items and allow them to keep our hard earned cash!

When my item finally came far too late and i had missed the event i had bought it for anyways, i knew the quality of the item was far below acceptable i requested a refund and i was sent the exact same email offering partial refunds or to pick another dress and pay the postage either way you need to be out of pocket again! I have been back and forth for over a month now trying to get a refund from this scam company please do not use this company!!!!

Should be shut down by the looks of it they are scamming so many other people too!

I ordered from this company (before reading the other reviews unfortunately) and eventually receiving 3 dresses which looked cheap and didn’t fit correctly I wanted to return them. After being offered all the discounts to keep them I didn’t want the hassle of having to sell them my self so sent them back to a Chinese address which they provided over 3 weeks ago with proof of return and I just keep getting fobbed off so I have now gone through my credit card company to try and get back the £142 that I have not been refunded! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!!!!!

This company is a total scam! The dress I received looked nothing like the dress advertised and then they refused to refund my money!!

I ordered a dress that just didnt fit me. It was too tight on othe waist and large on the top. The quality was basic I decided to return it. It didnt have a label on when it arrived.
After several emails offering a different dress and various discount if I keep it ( but it did not fit) I have received a return address in China ( see below) . The website indicates this is a UK company. I would be interested to know if any one else has returned succesfully. Watch this space ....

-late delivery
-dress nothing like website
-awful quality material and poor fitting
-when emailed to return, offered different size-then 10% refund, then 20% refund, then 30% refund!
-eventually told if I wish to return the address is in China -website leads you to believe it is a UK company, and delivery costs to be paid by me-I’m worried I will never see my refund and have to pay the return expense

I purchased a wrap around dress and the dress was incomplete, poor workmanship and un-finished. There was no hole to wrap the belt around the waist to close the dress and the material was very thin with unfinished edges. Not a good buy. Too expensive for the POOR quality. I Requested the refund process and received an email asking why do I want a refund. No return instructions provided.

If I could put 0 stars I would! My mom and I both ordered dresses from Livia Boutique. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. My order arrived with one dress missing. The dresses were TERRIBLE quality! So we immediately emailed regarding a refund. We both got one reply back straight away asking us to send photos of the dresses and so we sent them across immediately as we don’t want to miss the grace period of our return. We haven’t heard back from them in 2 weeks. I have sent countless of emails and so has my mother.
Absolutely shocking customer experience and the dresses are absolutely extortionate for the quality you’re getting. You can get much better quality off of Shein. Just know, if you’re going to be ordering off the site (no wonder they’re closing down), you’re never getting your money back.

Horrendous communication. Been a month and now unable to return due to only having 2 weeks in there Ts & Cs
I’ve emailed and only had one reply asking for proof that it doesn’t fit ie photos/videos.

Cheap goods from china pretending to me a shop in the UK - Returned goods at own cost and still not got my money back

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL SCAM! They make you believe that it is a family run business for 29 years and is closing down, when in actual fact the dresses come from a factory in China. Very cheap material for the price. When you ask for a refund, they tell you the shipping costs a fortune and offer to replace your dress for free so then when you agree they completely blank you! And use 2 separate email accounts so you never know who you are talking to.

Very frustrated that I allowed myself to be scammed by this company. I didn't read these reviews before ordering. My item is stuck in China with no movement on the tracking. Responses to my email asking to cancel it get autogenerated replies. Avoid.

this company is NOT based in the UK and shutting down as advertised. It’s based in China. The clothes are terrible quality, really hideous and look nothing like the photos. I found the photos on other websites after my purchase. I spent weeks trying to get their address to return the dresses. Kept being offered discounts to keep them which I refused. Finally got the address and paid for recorded delivery. £26. Now my e-mails are being bounced back as unable to deliver. I’m praying my bank can help me out. This website is a scam. DO NOT USE IT.

SCAM! Do not buy from here. It’s a total catfish. They refuse refunds too! They’ve lied all over their website about their story and the dresses look NOTHING like they do in the pictures!

First of all I did receive regular updates re. tracking etc.
I don't usually leave reviews; especially negative ones but I paid £40 for a maxi dress which I know isn't a huge amount but the material is just cheap & nasty and must have cost a couple of £ to make. I was dubious about ordering in the first place but got taken in by the photographs and other reviews. The dress looks nothing like the one advertised and I am in the process of returning.

Total Scam!!
Dress was too big and of poor quality. I contacted them for a return address to return the item but they were very reluctant to provide me with one. Numerous emails were sent to get the return address, I was informed I needed to send photos of size label and item to be considered for a refund. It was impossible to send any attachments to any of the email addresses or to attach to the contact form. I informed them of this and they offered to send me an alternative, which I did not want, I wanted a refund!! The outcome was after numerous emails, no return address was supplied and they made no further contact regarding the issue, so now I am stuck with a poor quality, oversized dress and they have the payment for it, which they are not going to refund!!!
How does this website get away with ripping so many customers off!

So annoyed I allowed myself to be scammed with Livia Boutique on Instagram.. offer a lovely story of closing down with 80% off & appeared to be a boutique in the UK.. somehow they show gorgeous dresses obviously copied from other sites . Arrived from China of course & copies that are only worthy to throw in the bin … please do not order from this site !

the dress i ordered was cheap garbage. the measurements are not accurate at all and when I tried to email them about a possible return, the email kept bouncing back as 'undeliverable' I did not receive a confirmation email when I ordered the dress and so I have no order number. Also no invoice etc in the package. This place is a scam
