After 15days eating received damaged will never use again.

I got duped like everyone else. The "sweater" I ordered was a cheap drapery material, not a sweater at all, and the opening was so small, it did not fit over my head. $54 down the tubes. An expensive lesson, but lesson learned.

This company should be run out of business. It is a complete scam, flogging cheap, horrible merchandize from China, while calling themselves Ellington CHICAGO. Oh Please. Disgusting merchandise. I couldn't even get the cheap awful sweater over my head. So utterly disgusting. Never order from this scam.

Too bad I can't rate it zero. TOTAL SCAM. The item sent is nothing close to the picture. It's a cheaply made drapery of lumpy pockets. I sent a note to obtain a return authorization. I got back a note that pointed out that the item would have to be returned, with tracking, to China and that would be ''Really expensive." (Indeed - I checked - $30 USPS). The package was originally mailed to me from California. Their Facebook page shows their location in Chicago. Yes, I was really stupid to believe this lie and think that returns would be done at domestic shipping rates. So I have a ghastly lumpy dress which I will donate to Goodwill and I have learned the $64 lesson to NEVER trust a Chinese company. Oh, and if you leave a negative comment on any of their Facebook pages, it will be deleted within minutes, so I am looking for other places to warn the unsuspecting.

I wish I had investigated this company beforehand. Once again as these other patrons have stated, what you purchase is not what you receive and the return policy is a joke. It should clearly state on their website that they are Chinese importers. I will donate my item and chain it up to stupidly!

The sweater I got has no tags, no fabric content, no washing instructions. It is too small but I do not even know what size it is as there is no label on it.

Absolute TRASH! The sweater is definitely not yellow, it has no labeling on it at all (size, fabric content, country of origin or care instructions). It is two sizes too small and looks like it has been worn.
This company is a complete fraud.
Also note: there are numerous sites selling the same trash products under different names.
Just say NO!

This company is a complete sham. I wish I had vetted them on this site before making a purchase. The sweater I bought was an absolute knock off and a bad one at that, cheap materials, nowhere near the photo they advertised. They did the sam thing to me as to the others who reported here : Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m truly sorry to hear that the quality of the sweater wasn’t what you expected. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have, and I’m here to make this as easy and comfortable as possible for you.

You’re of course welcome to return it to our overseas warehouse, but the return shipping costs would be at your own expense and can be quite high, as mentioned in our terms. I completely understand that this isn’t ideal, so I want to offer you a more convenient alternative as well.

Now, WHY woudl I want to spend more money with them when they sent me a cheap knock-off?

Companies that are overseas should have a VERY STRONG WARNING that you can’t actually return an item and get a refund. They have Chicago in their name but they are actually overseas and returning an item would be extremely costly. I highly recommend you do not purchase from them.

False advertising, including lies about the material, it is not linen! The design is nothing as advertised, there’s no shape to it! Even the reviews advertised on their website are false! Should be reported to trading standards, as you’re expected to return to China or a percentage refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

How do these people sleep at night!
Their ‘Dario’ linen trousers arrived! Not linen- some featherlight, polyester crap! Would not be caught dead in public wearing them and would be nervous of being even close to a naked flame😂 utter bastards, ripping people off

A massive con. I bought sandals and they are a price of rubbish! Advertising something they aren’t! Same as others you get offered a percentage to keep them 😂😂. False advertising. Trading standards need to be notified as they have a base in Solihull Birmingham but you have to return to china £40 plus! RUBBISH

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing a dress from this company. It is like a tent and would fit nobody. The bust is in the wrong place and when I attempted to return it, they offered to exchange it but I would have to pay the postage. Then offered a 25% refund. I have declined that and requested my money back which I thought was my right. I am now receiving no response from there. Waste of money !

I ordered jacket from this company. The reviews recommended to order a size up. I’m usually a size 10 so ordered a large. It would only fit a small child. I has the choice of returning it to China, at great cost to myself, or a 25% refund. I declined and they upped the offer to 35%. After refusing that offer, I was then offered a 45% refund. I accepted this, as the cost of returning the item was ridiculous. A lesson learned. Do not buy from this company.

This is a Chinese company. If you need to return an item it has to be sent back to china and you are responsible for shipping fees and any import taxes, which largely makes a return unviable.
The dress I bought is at least 2 sizes too small, but it would cost too much to return it.
I bet this review doesn’t show up on their website, which contains many other reviews supposedly from trustpilot
