Dress was very late being delivered so it was of no use, they offer 30 day refunds, but you have to ship it to China and shipping cost £35+, despite breaking their delivery policy they refuse to pay the return shipping. Very dodgy company, I would avoid, the £52 dress is like a piece of cheap nylon.

Absolutely terrible! Beware, the dresses are absolutely nothing like the photos and the customer service is terrible. I’m now stuck with two dresses that are cheap, bad material, not like the image and they are not allowing me to return them (because I decided to take the offer of a replacement in the hope it was going to be better but it was as bad as the first!). I highly recommend you avoid purchasing from this company or you will be deeply disappointed. Ps. I have never left a bad review in my life, but I’m so incredibly disappointed with the products and the service!

SCAM COMPANY! Do NOT send them money and DON'T attempt to return goods because you will lose the postal cost in addition to what you've already lost - they aren't going to refund you! I sent multiple emails requesting a returns label (because the 3 dresses I ordered are only fit for dish rags - or the bin!). They initially asked me to email photos, which I did. Then they ghosted me! Numerous emails later, no response. I've reported to Action Fraud and am currently trying to get the money back via my bank. Surprise surprise..as soon as I did this, I got an email from them! They're asking me to cancel my complaint with the bank and they'll refund my money. Rang the bank, they said this is a common ploy by scammers to get you to drop the complaint. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Once you do this, they still won't return your money and you're left out of pocket because the bank can't re-open a closed complaint!

Ordered a dress from them and it was never delivered. They told me it was left at a brown door which is not my door. Months have went past and they have now stopped answering my emails. Do not use this company, it's a scam!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Livia Boutique online shop. After placing an order and making payment, I received a piece of cloth. It has been almost 2 months im trying to return the dress wich l paid over $100.

This firm appears to be fraudulent — they take money from clients without delivering any goods or services. Their website looks legitimate at first glance, but don’t be fooled — it’s a scam. I have serious doubts about whether this is even a real business.

I would strongly warn others: do not trust Livia Boutique. Their operations seem shady, and based on my experience, I believe this is a FRAUDULENT website. I am now pursuing options to report this to consumer protection agencies.

This is a scam from China. Items are not worth more than £0.50p each. Returns are at your own cost back to China and you will never see the refund. Luckily my bank was able to help and will report them to try and get them out of operation.

This company are scammers. Do not order anything from here! They wouldn't let me cancel the order or entertain a refund conversation before the items arrived - 3 weeks late. Dresses were so disappointing in make, fabric and overall quality. No resemblance to the dresses in the pics. Similar nightmare returns process to other customers, CHATGPT customer service responses. I gave up in the end. Save your time and money. Look elsewhere! Im £150 down :(

Never buy anything!!! It’s a fraud, the items never fit and are very bad quality.
I wanted to return and they offered me a discount of 20%.
So I sent the Package with secure parcel. No it’s tucked on the border and they don’t release it . Never buy with them !!!!
I paid 163€ for 3 dresses which are trash and paid 50€ for return …

I purchased a dress from this store. When the item came, I was really disappointed with the quality and sizing of the dress. The dress looked cheaply made and the size 8 was extremely large.
The returns process was hard too. You have to wait for approval by email before sending the product back, and you only have 14 days to do so. They do not provide return labels, and returning the item at your own expense could be quite costly as it has to be returned to China.
I would strongly advise thinking twice before purchasing an item from this website.

This is a dreadful company. 10 emails to try to get a return sorted and they are trying to offer 10% then 20% refund and keep the dresses. They don’t tell you need to return to Asia and pay all the taxes. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Customer service is appalling. It’s going to cost me about £40 to return 2 dresses. Still waiting for a return address now!

Like everyone else, tried to return items, offered 10% refund then 20%, insisted on return. £15 to return to china, followed return instructions to the letter, but now stuck in customs awaiting payment from recipient which is never going to happen. Don't waste your money on this site. Wish i had never ordered from them in the first place.

Ordered a dress which arrived from China
looked cheap and nothing like the photo. Have emailed livia boutique and after 27 emails back and forth just offering a percentage back I eventually sent it back as I didn't want it at all just a refund. I
sent back dress but now tracking says its stuck in a Chinese customs . Its been nearly 2 months!!
THIS BOUTIQUE IS A SCAM

Clothes were cheap, horrid material, bad fit and did not look like photos. Thought I was purchasing from a UK independent boutique (my fault as should have researched) but is actually from China. I have returned the clothes via Royal Mail tracking but it looks like there are problems at customs with it. Dont know why as it is 2 items. Spent £80 on the 2 items of clothing and £26 to return them. Terrible ...DO NOT USE.

This is a scam website. There is no shop or UK business. Positive reviews are fake and returns are impossible. I have contacted my bank to pursue getting my money back as the quality is terrible. I have been trying to get a refund and return for over 2 months.

Terrible business, selling cheap quality clothing from China hiking up the prices like it’s coming from an independently run boutique. Received the dress I ordered, it was a completely different shape from the picture displayed on the website and also very poor quality for the price. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Do not order or use this company. I ordered six items and none of them fit. I contacted for a return label and they ignored by request for a refund and kept offering 30% discount to keep the items. After five emails repeating the same request they now say they can only give me partial refund. Do not buy from this boutique.

L entreprise prétexte faire des offres de fermeture c est non échangeables non remboursables.

Les photos sont belles et j ai jamais reçus d articles aussi cheap. On dirait des déguisements et ça met 1 mois à être livré.

Pire expérience, seulement du marketing digital via Facebook.
