Beware return and exchange policy
The clothing is nice, styles that have their own unique elements. I can't speak ill there.
However I would not recommend due to their terrible customer service policies and the third party shipping partner they use.
If there is even the smallest hiccup with your return they will tell you "oh well" basically and keep your money with no resolution. They apparently have no way of working with their third party shipping vendor to work out any issues with returns. So, beware and hope you don't have to return or exchange anything.
In my opinion your shipping partner is your issue, not your paying customers'. Good support would be honoring the return, especially since it's paid for and you have the product back, regardless of how your shipping partner operates.
For a company with such an interesting mission, the customer support could really be re-aligned to that messaging. The responses are very hollow and unfeeling.
Cute, don't buy non sale items
Sozy has some cute clothes & I appreciate them being a USA made company. However, I will say I don't think the quality is all that amazing. I have some pants that are already starting to fray & not everything is incredibly flattering on my body. I'm 5'11" with large breasts and a long vase like torso with curvy legs and butt. I find their crop tops to fit weird on me & recommend sizing up. It's worth it if you get some final sale items, wouldn't pay full price.

Clothing is just barely OK - NOT worth the $ or headache.
Everything Shunk - Cheap Clothes
Bought three pieces. Wore once, handwashed per the instructions. Every single piece shrunk and none are wearable anymore. Totally fast and cheap fashion. Way overpriced. Stay away.
Enormous Letdown
I had been excited to order from this company for a while and finally splurged on $150 worth of clothing for an upcoming engagement photoshoot.
Unfortunately my package said marked delivered but never arrived (obviously not sozy’s fault), but when I reached out to sozy, they basically said because of their shipping policy they couldn’t give me a refund since the package had been marked delivered. I emphasized that the package had never even made it to me and they said it wasn’t their responsibility and that they were too busy attending to their other customers to assist me with a claim. They said I could possibly get a refund from USPS, but that since I didn’t reach out to them and ask for additional package insurance upon purchasing that my package was not insured.
For a company heavily showcasing all their values, it seems like they could care less about their customer experience. Whole thing felt unprofessional, uncaring, and made me feel like it was too risky to order from them again since you’re on your own if your package doesn’t show up.
Do better.
Big mistake ordering from here
Big mistake ordering from here. It took me about 6 months to finally order something and I regret it. They sent me damaged apparel with a huge hole in the pocket. They won't exchange because it was final sale.
