I placed my first order with them for some dresses for work and one didn’t fit. I tried to return it in store with tags attached and they wouldn’t let me, so i initiated a return online and they charge you $8 off your return refund just to send it back.

These people should not be in business. They say they have a return process. But it’s BS. So they say I have $58 for credit but no way in hell to use the credit. Then I need to return a skirt that’s too small and no happy return label for it. Just overall customer service doesn’t exist!!!!!!!!

I bought a pair of expensive pants from Bohme, within a couple months they ripped in the back and a button fell off. Asked costumer service if they could do anything for me and they said no. I spent $80 on pants that completely fell apart

I placed an order 1.5 weeks ago that wasn’t shipped yet. I’m super suspicious regarding this site… the site is overpriced and I have a feeling it’s all coming from China. I’m gonna write a follow up review after receiving my package.

Poor quality. No returns clarity. Recommend avoiding this company.

I truly love this company! I purchased two sweaters and a form-fitting T-shirt with buttons down the front. I was initially skeptical about ordering from them after reading some reviews on this site, but I'm really glad I went ahead and tried them. The shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but that was probably due to my excitement for the order. I found an online coupon code and saved 20%, which made each sweater only about $30—a very reasonable price! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’ve been purchasing clothes from Bohme for years. They’re a little on the pricey side but I usually wait for sales to get some clothes. I was on their website earlier and about to check out until I saw the new $15 shipping. Abso-freaken-not!

This store is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a top and a necklace only because it was on sale. The top was what I wanted. I paid $15 for shipping. I emailed them that I was traveling and didn’t see a delivery date on SHOP. They said they had trouble with inventory and couldn’t ship until 10 days later. I said I can’t take it to my vacation but to please hold and send it me. As soon as I received my necklace they canceled the order and refunded my money and not even the shipping & with no explanation whatsoever. This is absolutely unacceptable. It is better to buy from stores like Nordstrom and ASOS.

Love the clothes from Bohme. I recently visited the Farmington Station location. The staff was amazing the store was clean and tidy BUT the fragrance was so STRONG I had to leave. I’m not normally sensitive to scents but left with a headache and was unable to get what I had hoped to purchase.

I would never purchase from this scam company ever!!!!! The quality of the product is bad and made oversees, they lie and say Toronto Canada, it shiped from China, so when I returned my product i couldnt afford tracking so they won't refund me my $90 regular mail return shipping. And they won't even respond to me about a resolution. If I could I rate them negative, not 1 star.

Attention grosse arnaque. Articles reçus direct de Chine, sans étiquettes, packaging ou même bon de livraison. Qualité minable, coupes et tissus.
J'ai renvoyé mes articles en Chine en payant les frais de port ....cela fait plus de 3 mois qu'une charmante Eva me répond inlassablement très poliment qu'ils vont me tenir informée de mon remboursement. Je ne serai jamais remboursée, car ce sont des menteurs, des escrocs. Ne commandez jamais sur ce site.

SCAM!!!! The quality is joke. The website advertised 100% organic cotton however 100% polyester was delivered. Return policy is a joke. I just waisted $300. DO NOT BUY

This place is a scam. Cheap quality and zero customer service. They wouldn’t let me return or exchange any of the items even though each item was unevenly stitched and it was obviously a defective batch.

i give it a 1 star because i had to make a selection prior to proceeding, who in their right mind is giving this crap of a store a 3.6 star, are you blind? pay 25$ for a return and they will not even guarantee that i would be refunded, are they for real, do they think i would fall for that? maybe you can offer as a gift to someone they said, really? i would rather burn it then to offer anyone such poor quality of an item, please someone out there, remove this crap off from all online platforms. One of the worst companies to purchase from and is a huge scam! I bought 2 sweaters for 144 and unfortunately the received them and they were very bad quality for the money I paid. I got a return label and when I came to ship back they told me it costs 217?!?!?!?!? What world do we live in?!?!? Who out of their normal mind spend extra 217 to return the 144???? Huge scam and trying to get a manager to talk to me and still no success. I will never ever buy from their website again and don’t even recommend; huge scam and product is so cheap that not worth 10 dollars each!
