Lively Professional Services Ltd Omdömen

Got my snagging report the same day, great value for money and Ian spotted things that I have passed on to the builder, despite the house being overall sound. Most important thing for me is peace of mind as I don’t have to worry that I have failed to notice anything in the first seven days. I wouldn’t have been able to spot most of them anyway! Was effortlessly, I am very grateful.

Ian made the process from quotation to receiving the report super easy and hassle free. The report is extremely detailed and as first time buyers felt Ian was very accommodating and walked us through the report. We highly recommend this snagging service!

Very prompt response to initial contact. Professional and highly detailed report received within hours of snagging process being completed. Very impressed

Ian is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend anyone with a new build property to use his services.

Ian was friendly, very patient and made our snag review such an easy process. The report he produced was quick and made simple and straightforward to follow and relay to our builder.

We used Ian and his team last summer in our new build property. They are very thorough and professional, we would not hesitate using them again and have recommended them to friends.
Ian is always happy to help and advise and i was really grateful to him for this.

From initially contacting Lively Professional Services Ltd to the very end, I received the most professional & thorough service from Ian & Mark. They were both extremely helpful, friendly & punctual. I always received a prompt reply to my emails.

Both Ian & Mark are extremely knowledgeable and their attention to detail is second to none. The report is very detailed and each issue comes with a picture which highlights the defect.

I would highly recommend using Lively Professional Services Ltd for a complete service. They detected defects that I would never have known about. 10/10

Thank you so much Ian & Mark

Ian was professional, friendly and provided a thorough survey. Recieved result on the same day of the survey! He was always timely and responsive to communication. I highly recommend this service.

Great service right from the start and provided us with the peace of mind that our new build didn’t have any issues that would be problematic later on.
We called a few different snagging survey companies but LPS was the most helpful and straightforward which immediately put us at ease. Communication response was fast and informative - they were able to provide a booking date that suited us best which is very helpful when managing all the other aspects of moving house. The survey was thorough and they consulted us on our concerns before providing a report the very same day. They even provided some follow up support. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Prompt and friendly service - everything explained clearly for our snagging list. Very helpful, would 100% recommend!

Amazing service, Ian was very helpful and the report extremely detailed. Would highly recommend.

Ian was excellent from start to finish. Was really responsive to emails and accomodating for ever changing dates due to the completion date being moved.
When Ian was completing the survey he was efficient and took time to explain the snags found. The report was sent back the same day in a very professional format which was then able to be quickly sent over to the site to be actioned.
Great service from start to finish, would definitely recommend!

Ian was really insightful and helpful when he came to visit our home. All snags were pictured and we received the report on the same day.

Ian did a great job on inspecting our new home. He prepared a thorough report and ran me through to make sure I understand everything. Communication was great throughout and I received the report on the same day. I highly recommend his services for peace of mind on a new house.

Ian was exceptionally friendly and professional and explained his thought process to me clearly when I had questions. His report came the same day and was in an easy to digest format. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring such a service.

I hired Ian to inspect the new build I bought.
All the communication was great and to the point.
He did a great snagging job as he found a few major issues on my house and the report was very detailed of who is responsible to fix the issues.

Thank you very much Ian

Ian replied to my request for a quote the same day and gave me options for when he could provide a service. Booking was easy and there was no pressure to use his service. From making the booking I was kept informed of who would be carrying out the survey and reminded of the date and time nearer to the survey date in case I needed to change it. Mark, who carried out the survey kept me informed as to what time he would be arriving and of any delays due to the road conditions. Mark took his shoes off to enter our property and wore different shoes for the internal inspection. He was very polite, informative and thorough. The report was emailed through to me later the same day and I was given the opportunity to comment or discuss as appropriate. I received a hard copy the following day. Photographs were taken of all the issues identified and incorporated into the report. Thoroughly professional service and would definitely recommend using this company when purchasing a new property. 10/10
