Gribbon and Pelham Chartered Surveyors Omdömen

A very thorough survey.
The appointment to conduct the survey was very quick.
Rita was very helpful.
The report had helped me to understand the need for a survey,
Once my solicitor reads the report and looks into what is needed re documents etc I will hopefully be on my way to purchasing the appartement.

Very professional service

So simple to get a quote, communication was amazing, speedily booked and got the report over within 2 days! I got a phone call once the survey was done explaining everything they found and explained what would be said on the report. Cannot complain at the service at all

Its a 10 out of 10 from me .
Very professional, fast and efficient service Tony called me to run through the survey once he had been to see the property I was looking to buy , he communicated his findings to me in easily to understand terms , then followed this up with a full RICS Home Survey - Level 2 report. I would highly recommend Gribbon & Pelham Chartered Surveyors.

Anthony is a highly experienced Surveyor. You would have a hard time finding another Surveyor who could match his professionalism, experience, and passion.
This is one of the most importance decisions of your life. If you get it wrong you may ruin your life.
Anthony helps people being lucky, avoiding terrible mistakes and, instead, buying the right house. Therefore I’m convinced that his customers will remember him and the Company Gribbon & Pelham for the rest of their lives.

Explained process and timescales for survey and report. Received verbal report same day as survey carried out and report within 3 working days.

Very thorough inspection and great communication with the office.

I was very impressed to get a phone call on the same day of the survey from Mr Gribbon to discuss the survey he had done and offer advice and guidance. Thank you so much, really appreciated that.

Anthony was thorough and gave me a call straight to share his feedback after conducting a survey on the property we are in the process of buying. The report also came very quickly.
