Everything happened as planned and feed back verbal and detailed report, with photographs.

Very quick professional and the survey was explained over the phone before sending me the hard copy

Appointment for the survey was made promptly. Had a very informative phone call from Tony following the survey, with the printed version received a few days later.
Very pleasant to deal with and would recommend/use again if I had to.

The survey was carried out professionally and efficiently. The report was clear, detailed, and easy to understand, giving us confidence in the condition of the property. Communication throughout was excellent, and the follow-up call was especially helpful. We’re very pleased with the service and would happily recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful. Prompt delivery of report and answers to queries.

Such an easy process. All the staff that I spoke to were highly professional. I recieved all the information I needed and the survey itself was clear and easy to understand. Thank you to Rita, Sarah and the team for all your support!

Amazing customer service. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Very efficient, the surveyor was helpful and honest. Would recommend to family and friend. Really greatful my estate agent recommended Gribbon and Pelham

Excellent communication, thorough report and written in plain English. Honest and factual, just what is required when purchasing a property.
The report was emailed a day early.
Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Gribbon and Pelham. The report was very detailed and produced quickly. The whole team were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend

Prompt response. Clear verbal call with brief overview. Concise report delivered quickly.
And good price.

This is a professional and friendly company who gave us good advice. Price seemed fair as well.

I would highly recommend Gribbon and Pelham. They were extremely competitive on price for our Level 3 Building Survey (cheaper that the other 2 quotes we received). The process from booking the survey, the phone call with the surveyor immediately after the survey, the report delivery, payment etc. was all first class. The survey report itself looks to be quality, thorough and very detailed (to a novice), which is great. We have a number of items we will follow up with our solicitor thanks to the report, but we are also now assured in our purchase thanks to the detail provided in the report. Thank you.
