Gribbon and Pelham Chartered Surveyors Omdömen

The people I spoke to in the office, Rita and Sarah, were very friendly and easy to talk to. They explained clearly what the process was. The surveyor was polite and also explained in detail what he had done and what to expect from the survey.

Very professional, quick to respond and a very thorough report

Excellent service from start to finish. The communication from Sarah and Rita was first class. Tony was very clear in his call following the survey and the full report was delivered in good time.

I’d have no hesitation in recommending Gribbon & Pelham and will certainly LH use their services for our next move.

I feel that Mr Gribbon is very thorough and explains well any issues that need to be dealt with.
At a stressful time it is nice to have someone you can trust! Rita in the office is really helpful too!

Tony very professional and helpful also proper explanation on the survey. I am very happy with his work and would recommend him.

From first to last contact, I found them a friendly, professional and helpful compan. When survey completed, I was phoned the same day with a brief run down of findings. This was explained in terms I could understand and happy to answer any questions I had.

Excellent communication, very pragmatic but detailed explanation, and efficient report.

From my first call to Rita, to the final report from Tony Gribbon, the service was, friendly, smooth and efficient. A very comprehensive survey and an earlier phone call from Tony to explain his findings in simple terms were all very much appreciated. Thank you.

A fantastic service provided Gribbon and Pelham, very quick at getting access into the property, revisited when they couldn't get access to a garage with no issue and issued the report in a timely manner, would highly recommend

The best surveyors around! I have been working with Gribbon & Pelham for almost 15 years now both on a professional and personal level. They are the only surveyors I am happy to recommend my clients to and they're the only one's I'd call to do my own survey. I am in the process of buying another property. Tony is the first thought to get in to have a look. The whole team, Tony, Rita & Sarah are all brilliant and I have nothing but good words for them all. Fantastic service & competitive pricing.
