Lively Professional Services Ltd Omdömen

Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. Found snags we wouldn’t have even known to look for. Would highly recommend.

I decided to use Lively Professional Services due to other positive feedback online. They didn’t disappoint. Sean was efficient and extremely helpful. Great business. Thanks again.

Sean was brilliant. Super friendly and kind from the moment he came in and honestly he really knows his stuff. He even gave us some extra tips as first time buyers. All snags were completely necessary. Thanks Sean, I’ll definitely be using you again!

Sean was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from answering our initial email queries to carrying out the snagging appointment. As first-time buyers, my partner and I were understandably anxious about the issues appearing in our new home, but Sean was consistently polite, reassuring, and reliable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which made a huge difference to our peace of mind. We now feel much more confident about our house and are extremely grateful for his support. We will without a doubt use Lively Professional Services again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Sean at Lively Professional Services recently completed a snagging report for my new build house and I couldn’t fault him. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Sean spent around three hours at the property and covered everything from top to bottom, finding issues in places I would never have thought to check myself. The report was sent over the very same day. He is clearly an expert in his field, reasonably priced, and provides a thorough, professional service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a snagging inspection.

Great experience with Sean, would definitely recommend.

Sean was professional and prompt in putting together the report, we were very happy with the service and Sean identified lots of things we wouldn't have ever considered.

Best money we have spent!! Cannot recommend Sean enough!! Communication was excellent and the report was produced quickly, which was really appreciated!! Service was professional, detailed and thorough. Would highly recommend!! Thank you Sean!

Really great service. Sean was extremely helpful and very thorough with his survey. Very prompt email responses and reasonable price too. 100% recommend

Sean was great from beginning to end! Very responsive over email confirming availability and answering any questions we had. On the day he was very thorough, picking up things we wouldn't have spotted ourselves and providing advice on how best to get everything sorted with the developer. And just a nice guy!

They are very responsive over emails. We scheduled the inspection on a date that works for both of us. The representative arrived on time and demonstrated great attention to details. At the end, we discussed the list of items together to facilitate the discussion with the builders. Had a great experience, highly recommended.

Sean from Lively was excellent in producing a comprehensive snagging report for our 4 bedroom house in Bristol. He was quick to respond, punctual and provided a very detailed and useful report. I would strongly recommend Sean and Lively!

We recently engaged Lively Professional Services Ltd for a snagging inspection, and we’re genuinely delighted with how everything went. The report provided was detailed, well-structured, and incredibly easy to understand — especially important for us as overseas buyers. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the process, and the inspector demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. We truly appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile to support us remotely and provide reassurance during this stage of the home-buying process. Highly recommended!

Professional, friendly service. Provided a comprehensive report. Recommend to others.

Sean was great, he generated a very thorough and detailed report that gave us confidence in the quality of our new home.
The report was received on the same day as the inspection. I would highly recommend Sean and Lively professional services.

After doing a lot of research into snagging companies I came across Lively Professional Services and was impressed with their website and various blogs. I could see they also covered the South West so instantly made contact. Communication was great, Sean was very responsive to my queries and I booked without hesitation. On the day itself Sean arrived on time, took me through what he was going to do and after 3 or so hours we were provided with a summary of what he had found which he explained thoroughly. A detailed report including photographs was provided by the end of the day which we were able to send directly to our developer. I would highly recommend Lively Professional Services if you are looking to get your new build professionally snagged.

Thoroughly great experience for us. Sean was very responsive to our initial enquiry, did his best to accommodate the timing that worked for us, arrived promptly and took us through the findings after spending approximately 4 hours working through the property. Some were obvious to us and had already been identified, but many wouldn't have been noticed until we'd been in the property for several weeks or longer. I don't know if I'm relieved or disappointed that nothing significantly awful was found, but I'm extremely grateful to have had a knowledgeable and independent set of eyes give things we may not understand and certainly aren't fluent with the once over. Would use again without hesitation.

Sean was fab, very professional and helpful. Turned up on time and delivered report when he said he would. Nicely presented report which we were able to edit and pass on to our developer saving us time and energy at a busy time! Would definitely recommend.

A valuable, efficient, worthwhile experience for a non-experienced property person. The Snagging Report was explained and provided with photographs on the same day ready to forward to the builders to enable the necessary work to be identified and rectified easily. Ian was helpful and efficient.

I recently had a snagged my property by using the services of Lively Professional services and i must say i was contented with the entire process. Sean was very responsive when i first called to make all the enquiries and Nick was very detailed with all the inspections by providing an accurate explanation for all the snagging lists detected. I highly recommend this company if you are considering to carry out a snag report in the your property

From the very beginning communication has been great. Sean snagged our property today. He arrived on time, was very polite and professional and explained all the snags clearly. I got the report just a few hours after he left and have sent to the developer, this is clear and concise so even someone like me with no DIY knowledge can understand it to discuss with the developer. Would 100% recommend.
