I had a small mishap with the delivery options but this was quickly and efficiently dealt with by a superb customer service member named Emily. She was incredibly nice and was able to help me with my problem with no hiccups. If more businesses employed people like Emily, the world would work better! She is a star!

Bad quality
I've wore the tracksuit I ordered once and the back has gone all frayed and one of the buttons has completely come out , not very happy with it at all being the first time purchasing items from here aswell .

So I bought a varsity jacket
So I bought a varsity jacket, and received the product that had no tags whatsoever, and look like it might be used.
My guess is that somebody bought it and wore it, send it back to the seller, and they sold it back to me, as new.
P.S. I did contact the customer service...several times...they answered only once on my email...
