Successful return.
I received a beautiful organic cotton bathroom rug from Live Grund, but unfortunately needed to return it because I had ordered the wrong size. It took several emails to contact customer service, but I eventually did and they graciously apologized for the delay and allowed me to return the rug.

No response from customer service with 4 attempts. Does anyone work there? The product is nice but I’m having problems with an exchange.
After the Mea Culpa note from Live Grund (see below) I was refused an exchange but offered a discount on my next order. (As if there would ever be a next order). Avoid this company at all costs. Worst customer service I've ever had.

The quality of the hand towels was better than had found elsewhere. Have just moved from the Bay Area to the Midwest, and have to fill up a house with various thigs, which I did not take. Your hand towels are quite excellent.

I never got a confirmation email
I never got a confirmation email, tracking number or response to my emails asking to verify my order. I did however, eventually receive my order and am pleased with the product. Communication just needs to be better so ordering isn't such a stressful experience.

Company doesn’t respond to emails unless their hand is forced
Purchased rugs on 3/9. After 1.5 weeks contacted the company by email for the status of the items. NO response from the company until I contacted my credit card company to get a refund since the purchased items had not been received and I could not get a response from the company. The day after I contacted my CC company I miraculously heard from Grund saying they are a small company and they didn’t have my purchased items in stock. So buyer beware. Even if an item is in stock, Grund will willingly take your money. And won’t respond to your emails until your credit card company contacts them.

I have emailed several times trying to get a return authorization for a rug that was sent in error. I have received at least 4 marketing emails but not one response to my questions. I ordered white rugs, and two of the three I purchased were sent correctly, but the last one that was sent was tan. Will not be ordering from you again.

Towels are thick, soft, and very generous in size. Organic cotton is a huge plus. Website is easy to navigate. Order was a little slow to arrive.

I have several Grund rugs and towels. Their quality is top notch! They are plush organic cotton, wash well, and maintain their color. The reversible rugs are SO thick and good to your feet! Also, they are made in the USA!
