me to not end. She never lost patience nor
ideas to share on this issue. Taking her advice
I succeeded in achieving my goal. I am a retired
Human Resources executive and know the value
of great CS employees. The old adage "You only
have one chance to make a good first impression"
rang true to Rosa's handling of my concern. Any
future business I may have with Live Model will
be a result of how I was treated initially.

I ordered a model I particularly wanted, it was dispatched and was able to track it from United States to Sydney, Australia.
Unfortunately there was a change of carriers and it was no longer Track able.
I tried and so did Live Model, after exhausting all efforts it disappeared.
I advised them I had exhausted all avenues and a few days later a replacement arrived. A massive thanks.

Model is of very high quality, it shipped quickly, and was well packaged so that it was delivered in perfect condition.

Car model is highest quality and exactly as described. Customer service was amazing - they contacted me when it shipped and offered help if I had any issues. Warehouse actually shipped the wrong model by mistake. I contacted Rosa Gil and she immediately issued a label for the return and had the right model shipped out. Extremely responsive.

Firstly excellent service from Allen Hu..unfortunately the shipping took 5 months to receive in South Africa .

I bought a 1:18 scale race car model from LiveCar Model that is sold out/ unavailable at other scale car model retailers. LiveCar Model was able to accommodate my request to expedite shipment of my order for delivery by a certain date for secure receipt of this rare model. LiveCarModel's customer service team was very helpful and communicative.

Great place, went in on my birthday and was amazed at collection; even found some models I was looking for. Friendly staff and look forward to returning for more prized treasures!

Highly recommended for the die hard diecast collectors, they carry so many brands. Just bought eight 1/18 diecast model cars from this shop lately, and many more to come for sure. SCAM. Ordered a high end die cast model car. What arrived was made of cheap plastic and also wasn’t even the correct car. They asked for pictures which I sent and their staff member said she was sending the replacement car and provided a tracking number. But it was the old tracking number. I explained this to her and she did the same thing again- now she wants me to send the plastic car to the USA for a return when it shipped from China or she won’t “send” the new one. Total fraud and being reported to authorities. BEWARE!

Allen has a great selection of diecast at great prices. If you're local he's also always willing to show you around or pick up orders to save on shipping. Will definitely be purchasing from him again, once my wallet recovers

Every time I visited this shop, the owner gave me a good deal and I was able to buy the best quality models. The company did a great job, they refunded the gift wrap fee when the package came to me ripped in transit. Shipping was very fast and quality of car is very high.

Several weeks after placing an order for one of their models, I asked if they could ship the item to my US P.O. Box to save on shipping and import costs and it seems although they refused at first, one of their attentive staff decided to ship it to my US address anyways. I’m really glad that they did. If they shipped it to Canada, I would not have received it for 6 more weeks !! Once I opened the gift wrapped box, I was very satisfied with their product!!

I absolutely love my 1967 Le Mans winning Ford GT MkIV! I’m impressed that these models are still available by Spark. The detail on the car is absolutely spot on.

I called all the local shops looking for a 1/18th scale Porsche GT3 Touring (992) in guards red... I jumped online and found that it was available at LIVECARMODEL...It arrived to my door within the week carefully packed in bubble wrap...it now sits proudly in my collection.
