Terribly slow to receive anything. Did get 1 pair fo earrings, really poor quality not as advertised. They did answer my email but gave me no real idea of when anything else would arrive. Eventually another pair of earrings which are ok, shoes seemed ok but too small. Really poor service have emailed requesting to return items but not sure if I’ll hear anything, I’m not sure whether they will get back to me in the 15 days I have to return the items. Another disappointed customer and wishing I’d checked trust pilot before being taken in! ☹️

Took ages to arrive. Material cheap and nasty. Very disappointed

I wish I'd checked Trustpilot first!! Don't be taken in by the nice photos and prices on Facebook - I've received a few items a month after ordering and the clothes are just horrible and I kind of don't care if the others don't arrive. Awful colours, awful quality, awful company. It's clearly direct from China only once you part with hard earned cash.

Don't waste your time or money.

Not even a star poor quality not even night ware quality not been able to get a refund took 8/52 to arrive

I've given up ! Sent e-mails. Same generic one comes back you can't get hold of anyone big con !! I ordered begining of April still not arrived tracking info very limited. Stay away from this company 😠😠

i ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY A DRESS THAT LOOKED VERY NICE FOR THE SUMMER - IT ARRIVED AND I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE QUALITY AND THE FIT - I EMAILED THE COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE DRESS AS IT WAS 'NOT FIT TO WEAR' THE MATERIAL WAS SO THIN AND SEE THROUGH AND THE FIT WAS AWFUL - I RECEIVED AN EMAIL BACK FROM THEM OFFERING 25% DISCOUNT AS THEY SAID IT WAS DIFFICULT TO RETURN TO THEM IN CHINA - THE NEXT SHOCK I THOUGHT THEY WERE BASED IN RAYLEIGH - SUSSEX UK - I RETURNED THE DRESS ON THE 9 MAY AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING - TYNE AND WEAR

Like most reviews on here, i really wish i had read these first. I ordered from an attractive FB advert and ordered x4 items over 5 weeks ago. Ironically one item they told me would be delayed arrived at the weekend. The tracking information keeps changing to "in transit" and now its being "prepared by seller" after its been shipped. Confusing.
I have emailed several times and have now requested a refund. Wish me luck

Do not order from this site. Facebook should monitor who they let advertise on their site as this is a con. I spend £77.00 I ordered 7 week ago and still haven't got my items. The tracking information does not work and everytime I email them they tell me it's been shipped. I'm fuming 😠

Wish I had read all these reviews first, assumed if it was on FB, it would be fine. have tried to track delivery but keep getting an automated page, no sign of the 3 items @ £20 total I ordered over 5 weeks ago.

Placed an order one month ago, so far i have received a pair of sandals of poor quality that i want to return, the company address in the website states an address but they clearly say not valid for returns!!! I emailed several times to get the address and no reply... i also ordered two sets of earrings which havent not arrived yet (a month on) and they have taken my money. In one word avoid like plague as no customer service whatsoever and poor quality!

Like everyone else I wish I'd read reviews before ordering - especially as one of the jewellery items was a birthday present. 25 days in since they took payment and heard nothing - have contacted them 5 times with no response and now asked for refund but not holding out much hope. Saw the company advertised on FB so hope FB are more circumspect with companies advertising on their site in future and do some research - as I should have done!!

They take your money and you receive nothing.
About 6 weeks ago I was impressed with the adverts on fb and mistakenly ordered some tops Iv sinc e received nothing ....

Slow delivery. Dreadful item. Looks nothing like picture, completely different fabric colour, dungaree straps attached with silver-coloured bag clips— not joking.

Don't use this company. I agree with all the other reviewers and I am very cross I did not read these comments before I ordered. The pictures of the clothes looked pretty, needless to say they have not arrived. Do not order from this company

Have to agree with all the reviews. Wish I had read them before I ordered anything. Ordered in March. Only now receiving the odd item individually. The quality is terrible. Not al all like the picture. I was going to send back a T shirt which is too small, although advertised as Large. But I wont bother. I'll give it to charity. The only saving grace is that the clothes were reasonably cheap. Guess I should have known....

Placed my order over a month ago and it's in China as far as I can see from tracking. I ordered based on the company being is Essex, lesson most definitely learned.

I've tried to contact for a refund and got ignored. I just wish I'd seen the reviews for this company first. Which they clearly dont care about!

Only because I must...ugh. Luckily, I paid only 25 pounds for the item.

Do not order anything from here - you will only be disappointed - the quality is shocking and looks totally different to the pictures. Feel a fool for being caught out.
