Not only did the items take ages to come, but they were the wrong fit and LIVAROSE are advising that I would have to pay excessive shipping charges to return to China!

Dreadful company. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM LIVAROSE as they should not be operating at all!

I am shocked at the utter disgrace of this so called company absolutely the worst company I have ever , ever, ever dealt with. The clothes were awful, descriptions incorrect They tried to tell me not to return and they would give me extra discount. I have proof of postage and they just say we told you it would take ages to return to China. I want my money back. 3 months is too long.

I would give zero if I could!!!! They send fake tracking pages.. I ordered something 8 weeks ago.. they keep saying its been posted.. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

Really poor quality and refund policy non existent, noticed now advertising under a different name on FB but clothes and pics are the same, my advice is do not buy from any of these sites!

Dreadful quality of clothes -I've bought better tops at £6 in PRIMARK ten times the quality of tops from this company -seams frayed and badly sewn, materials advertised as Linen but cheap cotton that you can almost see through!
Don't waste your money go to Primark for tops you can wash and not fall apart

Ordered over 6 weeks ago. Did not receive a receipt or any communication at all until I contacted Paypal to resolve as had still not arrived.

Vivarose or aka fashionweb international inform me that item is to be dispatched and will take a further 21 days!

It is such a shame that many of these internet companies are unable to deliver what is advertised on their websites as the clothes look beautiful.

Took over 2 months to arrive. Companies communication was poor to non existent and the clothing when finally arrived was I'll fitting and cheap with really poor stitching. STAY AWAY !!!

Zero stars!!! Don't buy!!! Only one item arrived out of 5! very poor quality, noting like website photos. Trying to get money back through PayPal now. China clothes which I haven't realised during purchase

They don’t deserve any rating!!! . The website is photoshopped utter scammers. The clothes are awful and cheap quality

do not order ! Awful experience .....I did not know that the item I purchased came from China.After chasing up the order on numerous occasions and trying to make sense of the Tracking information !
Cannot use the Pandemic as an excuse .....a badly run Company ,simple as .
Blouse arrived ,but what a shock...yes,it was the pattern as shown but the quality was not what I expected for cotton (?) MORE LIKE NYLON .Not wearable on a sunny day .
Could not be hassled with the returns procedure,(no refunds either )have just put it down as a bad experience ...should have known better.

The quality of the clothing i order are absolutely appalling. Months to deliver, some items still undelivered. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. I can't even wear the cheap crap they sent me.

I ordered from this site as it was advertised on face book and the tops looked lovely - how wrong could I be. I ordered several tops to the cost of £70. I waited for over 10 weeks for the arrival of my goods and e-mailed them constantly - this is not a British company and all goods come from China which was not made clear on their site.
After a 10 week wait the goods arrived in fits and starts - the tops where a poor comparison to the pictures and none of them fitted, with them being too short in length or too narrow across the shoulders. So very disappointed and now the great return experience. Well after 4 e-mails asking for their address I was offered to keep the tops and they would give me a 15% refund - which I could use to make adjustments to the tops!!! the refund offer was increased to 25% and this would save me having to pay taxes for the goods to get back into China - unbelievable- I sent the goods back at the cost of £12-50 and the post office told me lots of people had been trying to return goods to them. I eagerly await my refund- I have noticed their site is no longer advertised on facebook but a company called Floraday has exactly the same stock???

Very very bad experience. I ordered a vest which was looking elegant slightly reflective material, lace detail. I had to chase them to even dispatch it 10 days later.
What I have received I will at best wear for a bed time. Week transparent material, lace poorly attached to strips, a disaster. I ordered it for sunny days to get a bit of tan but the lace reaches much higher than in the picture.
Still waiting for a pair of summer toe ring shoes, unable to track the item completely.
Save yourself a heavy moments of cursing and avoid this shop.

Absolutely awful people to deal with. Rubbish goods- no relation to advertised goods. They should be stopped from trading - a load of con artists

DO NOT PURCHASE! Taken my money but no items. I have been very patient and waited 65 days. Have now started a dispute with my bank to get my money charged back.

I reflect all the above comments. Ordered in April and still nothing to show. Keep sending me tracking info which is waste of time as it doesn't work!
Apparantley I'm too late for a refund!!!
Not even had the items yet.

I placed an order on 4th May 2020 as a first time customer.
I received an email on 10th May 2020 advising the item had been shipped it is now the 19th June 2020 and the item is still outstanding.
Customer service is poor they just fob you off and getting a refund is impossible.
Order from them at your peril - you have been warned.
