VERY POOR DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.I ordered a jumpsuit from them took months to arrive poor quality, awful fit looked like something a 5 year old would wear.Returned item 24th July still no refund have been emailing since .

I ordered three dresses. 1 is incredibly huge, 1 is too small and the other perfect. Coffee coloured polka dot like "pretty woman " only thing is I wore it once and the colour scratches off. I realised the next day when there were white patches across my chest. Shocking the company arent interested at all. Dont bother with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ORDERED AN ITEM IN APRIL AND IT STILL HASNT ARRIVED!!! I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND THEY WONT GIVE ME ONE THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD TO DEAL WITH

2 garments delivered to me both very poor quality cotton you could see through. Dress looks like a shroud it is so shapeless. Have failed to find any way to return them. Will not be buying anything from them again. Complete waste of money and no way to get a refund.

DO NOT buy from this company shocking customer service....THEY have changed their name to MODERN FASHION another scam...
I ordered and paid £55 for clothes on the 1st May.....still waiting....started a complaint with PayPal and escalated it ....still waiting a refund...PayPal told me today to wait till the 19th August for a final decision.......fingers crossed will let you know what happens.

Having returned goods in June I am still awaiting my £40 back two months later. Unacceptable.Do not recommend this company.

Ordered the clothing in April and took months for part of the order to arrive which was not what was advertised logged a complaint with PayPal and it’s now August and still nothing settled. I can now return the goods tracked for a full refund but it will cost more than what the goods are worth and no guarantee that I will get my money back stay well away from this company complete fraudsters

Shocking. Nothing close to what was ordered and refused a refund. Lost count of how many sent emails there were. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

This is an awful company and service please do not waste your money the clothes are of very poor quality and I waited 6 weeks for my order!!!!

Finished this review 4 months later. What a shower! One bad quality item finally arrived and not the rest of the order.
Paypal about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. I assume they are now owned by the Chinese as well? Wouldn't surprise me

4 months and a PayPal dispute after ordering, the items turned up. Only 1 out of the 3 items fit despite all being the same size and the quality is shocking. It was not clear that this was a Chinese site or I wouldn't have ordered. £50 down now 🤬

Take no notice of the 1 star I had to tick it to be able to write a review the quality if I can call it that is terrible they charge you postage even though they say its free if you spend over a certain amount I have been trying to get a refund for months which I have just received and what a surprise they won't refund the full amount don't throw your money away on this company it is a rip off they should be stopped from trading and yes Livarose I have ticked the box so you can read my review

Clothing damaged and truely horribly. Linen, cotton and chiffon are all polyester. Six email requests for money back and couldn't even get a return address. Really cross that PayPal sided with this company even though they most be innundated with complaints about them. Disgraceful.

If it was possible to write a review, without giving any stars I would have This company should not be allowed to trade. They are absolute shysters. DO NOT BUY.

DO NOT USE! I am so annoyed with myself for not reading reviews before I ordered. Ordered 2 items. Both arrived and were nothing like the descriptions or the pictures on the website. Told the company this and even raised a dispute with PayPal but still had to pay £16 to ship the items back to China. So now even if they do give me a refund I am out of pocket despite the company misrepresenting their goods. Never again!

Reported to Trading Standards . Obviously wont get a full refund . Absolute con... as other customers/victims say. Nie impossible to return . Standard reply so time frame expires . However using fraudulent activity via my bank may go someway to close these rats down

Extremely bad!! Nothing as it is portrayed! Cheap, shockingly bad see through material, fake picture on website, make it near on impossible to return to CHINA, you pay postage to return OR you may get a 15 per cent refund, avoid at all cost.

As with a lot of customers the service was atrocious, took 10 weeks to deliver, quite frankly, a load of toot. First and last time I buy anything that comes up as a facebook advert

I ordered two items over 2 months ago and still haven't received them. I have sent numerous emails asking where they are and all i get back is that they are in transit but the tracking shows they are sitting somewhere in China, I have asked for a refund but they won't and it is clear this website is a total scam.

I would not purchase anything from this company again. The quality of the clothes is very poor. Seams often do not line up and they rip and fray easily. When you try to return any item you have to email the company which then tells you returns have to be posted to China at your own expense and instead offer a 15% refund. Very disappointed.
