Hello Jean,
Talk about a Super Saturday! What a great way to end our day receiving your wonderful review. Do let us know how you get on at Viva...The Vegas Variety Show! It's billed as ''Blackpool’s Biggest & Best show night out. A Vegas style production cabaret featuring a whole night of music, comedy and dance!'' so you're sure to have a jolly good time in the heart of the resort. I was also only too happy to provide you with a pre-show dining option just around the corner from your hotel in South Shore at the Jade Delight Chinese Buffet, which has over 30 mouthwatering dishes to choose from.
For us, your comment of "highly recommended and will visit again" is why we do what we do in the way we do it. At Little Touches® Hospitality we shun the quick buck, preferring to develop long-term relationships with Guests like you that return time after time.

Tom was very helpful and very patient with me.He had a great choice of hotels and guest houses in all locations and at prices for all budgets.
His 'extra touches' were a very pleasant surprise and will save us some £££ whilst experiencing some good dining.
It was great to speak face to face with a real person and not have to deal with a faceless call centre. He really is passionate about Blackpool and i thoroughly recommend Little Touches. We will definitely use him again .

Hello John,
We pride ourselves on our tailored and unhurried style of service, so it is music to our ears that you appreciated our approach. Our Extra Touches Dining Discounts are really going down ever so well with Guests across the board, both online, over the phone and in-person at our shop in Blackpool's South Shore, with more and more restaurants coming onboard all the time, so glad to hear that was a big plus point from your point of view.
LittleTouches.com is genuinely the only Online Travel Agency for Blackpool with a choice of hundreds of hotels that is actually based in the resort and we pride ourselves on all our calls being answered by a knowledgeable and native member of our team.
You're never just a number at Little Touches, so we look forward to assisting you with your Blackpool needs on another occasion in the future.

Hello John,
That's very kind of you to say so. Thank you for using our Ready and Waiting ticket delivery service, with your Funny Girls Ground Floor VIP tickets being available upon check-in at your property on North Shore's King Edward Avenue. Hopefully you also made good use of our Extra Touches Dining Discounts we included in your envelope too, which is one of our many "Brucie bonuses" exclusive to Little Touches Guests.
You were an equally nice Guest to deal with and we hope to be informing you some more about all there is to see and do in Blackpool upon your return to the resort.

Hello Raymond,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Trustpilot and award us 5/5. It's always a good sign when we see our Guests twice in the space of two days as we did with you and your family. Blackpool Zoo was your attraction of choice through us and I do hope you had a brilliant time there.
Looking forward to welcoming your family back to Blackpool soon.

Hello Grant,
Many thanks for getting us off and running on Trustpilot in style with such a fantastic review. I was only too happy to be able to assist you with transport and attraction tickets and a dining discount at the Jade Delight restaurant. Here at Little Touches we like to strike a balance between high tech and high touch so I was delighted at the feedback you gave me in person too on the new-look LittleTouches.com and the bonuses our Guests receive for reserving their Blackpool hotel and/or tickets through us.
Please do let me know how you get on at the Circus. At this time of year in Blackpool, we're very lucky that the Circus often puts on three performances a day - triple helpings if you will. Can you believe that the Circus has also never missed a season since 1894?!
Tom
