Hello Wendy,
Your high praise recommendation on Facebook was more than enough to put a big smile on all of our faces, but for you to also take the time to award us a 5-Star Trustpilot rating is truly quite special indeed. The words you use above are straight to the point for anyone looking for reassurance as to why they should choose us when it to comes to their Blackpool break, with your Facebook review going a bit more in depth with comments such as "website so easy to use" and "it's the little things that make this company so good."
As yourself and David approach another year of being married, we're also looking forward to celebrating the anniversary next year of a certain Yorkshire lad and lass becoming two of our Regulars.

Hello Christine,
We're well and truly heading into the weekend with a spring in our step due to your fantastic review. Our website is a hive of activity at the moment with happy holidaymakers like your goodself far from coming away from it empty-handed having all left with tickets and hotel reservations in hand bringing them ever closer to a brilliant Blackpool break.
At Little Touches we're all about forging lasting relationships with our Guests, so you issuing the words "would definitely use them again" and "absolutely brilliant service" is right up our street to say the very least! It was great to read that you viewed our courtesy call as a pleasant surprise in your eyes, so much so that you dubbed the whole occurrence "lovely." Your review also confirms the well-oiled machine nature of LittleTouches.com, with a nod to the whole process being completely effortless.
Thank you Christine for giving us that Friday Feeling.

Hello Alexandra,
Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us via Trustpilot. Blackpool has and always will be a family resort at heart, however we find that many who come to visit us on a group weekend later bring their partners and children at a future date. At Little Touches® Hospitality we cover all bases with LittleTouches.com the home of accommodation for families and couples and Weekend Blackpool being our group breaks specialist. Older people have remained staunchly loyal to the resort for several decades and we most certainly do not take this continued support for granted. Although many older people are now Internet savvy, we still find that a significant number of our elderly Guests still love nothing more than hearing the warmth of a human voice over the telephone assisting them to plan and reserve their Blackpool holiday.
The beauty of Blackpool is that it is all things, to all people, but at LT we never waver from treating people like your goodself as the unique individual that they are and doing our utmost to meet their specific needs.
We sincerely look forward to delivering knock-your-socks-off service whenever you are ready.

Hello Michelle,
Thank you ever so much for making some morning magic for us with your generously starred and worded review. Your appraisal is testament to the fact that our website isn't just sitting there looking pretty, as Guests like your goodself are using it around-the-clock to reserve Blackpool hotels and tickets. You came, saw and conquered on LittleTouches.com, which in our world means you searched, selected and secured exactly what you were looking for. There's a good reason why supermarkets are still so popular: saving busy people time. Your comments reflect the fact that we're the Blackpool travel provider equivalent of a big superstore, with the bonus of a much greater emphasis on service.
Given everything you have said to us both online and over the phone and the fact that you have also now kindly liked our Facebook Page, I don't think I'm jumping the gun in any way, shape or form in inviting you to become one of our Regulars.

Hello Martin,
Comments like yours are far from easy for any company to come by and are much appreciated. What's our secret? Instead of extracting value we have a fanatical obsession with adding as much value as possible to our Guests' experience with us. Indeed, it probably won't have escaped your notice that at Little Touches® Hospitality we disregard traditional grammar by always writing Guest with a capital G!
Given your high praise there's only one question that remains and that is of course...
Are you and your family ready to become our Regulars?

Hello Julie,
You really have encapsulated our one-stop shop oh so well with your kind words. It is a shame that you marked us down a star, as to this day we can still claim that we can count on one hand the number of our reviews that are 4 Stars or less, so that means we're all the more keen to impress in times to come to ensure you grant us a full-fat 5 Stars. It was also a fair old drive for you from your part of the world to ours, therefore on behalf of Blackpool thank you for giving us a go again for the first time in many moons, however...
Please don't leave it as long next time!

Hello Norma,
It was even more flattering for us that you were staying a good 4 miles away from our location and still made a beeline for our business. If you fancy a change from a caravan break next time (including letting someone else do the washing up!) then please bear us in mind for Blackpool's biggest choice of quality hotels - both Bed and Breakfast and Dinner, B&B options are live and ready to reserve on LittleTouches.com.
Comments like yours underline how by not taking shortcuts, cutting corners or penny pinching, our company has firmly established itself as Blackpool's number one travel provider by continually going the extra mile for our Guests.
Finally, given that on your first encounter with us we arranged for you to see so many of Blackpool's incredible attractions, it would be so nice to see the pictorial evidence of everything you got up to. By our reckoning that means images galore of rides and slides, from high above and ringside!

Hello Brian,
Little Touches has now become widely known as Blackpool's one-stop shop for hotels and tickets. This is due in no small part to Guests like your goodself taking to Trustpilot, Facebook or Google to let everyone know that our claims about our company providing the most convenient and caring Blackpool experience possible are indeed true.
As you allude to, we shy away from the hard sell and as a result our approach is seen as a refreshing change to many, as elsewhere they are often treated as nothing but walking wallets.
In taking the time to reply to each Guest review in that way that we do, it sends out the message loud and clear that we're in the business of winning hearts and minds.
Brian, please may I ask you something?
Are you and your good lady ready to become our Regulars?

Hello Susan,
Three fantastic shows, three days in a row certainly kept you busy! How wonderful to hear that the seats we arranged for you at Viva's Jersey Beats, Central Pier's Kings and Queens and Funny Girls were deemed the best seats in the house in your eyes too.
Taking advantage of the brilliant attraction bundle on offer meant that your daytime was just as action packed as your evening entertainment, heading up the Tower, exploring all things aquatic at SeaLife and star spotting at Madame Tussauds. Furthermore, travel to and from the venues was a cinch with your Blackpool Transport Saver Tickets, which enabled you to zip up and down to your heart's content on any bus and any modern tram.
Thank you for taking the time to drop us a line right here on Trustpilot and also for liking our Facebook Page. Given that yourself and Paul are both Welsh natives, let's bring things to an apt close for now by making sure you know that whenever you return to Blackpool, when it comes to the reception you'll receive, it'll be a case of rydych yn fwy na croeso.

Hello Lauryn,
We are so delighted that good news is traveling fast about our company and that you came to hear of us through recommendation. In being relationship driven, Little Touches is regularly rewarded with existing Guests of ours giving others a nudge to try us for the first time, so appreciate you letting everyone know that this was the case for you too.
In doing the unexpected for our Guests in a world where many other companies say "Why bother?" or "What's the point?," we turn niceties into the necessities which enable us to deliver rock-solid service.
You will return home having had a "full works" Blackpool experience and we were extremely happy to play organiser-in-chief on your behalf.

Hello Louis,
It was my pleasure to serve such a diamond geezer! In saying what you have said you echo the fact Guests like you truly value us tying everything Blackpool together with one big metaphorical bow on their behalf. The pressure was really on to impress given that not only were you giving Blackpool a go for the first time, but also that the property where you were staying just so happened to be one of our top referrers too.
As I write to you on Sunday morning, I'm less than 24 hours away from welcoming two new members of staff to Little Touches. I know I was pulling your leg about encouraging more Londoners to head up north to see us, but should you do so as of 9am tomorrow morning we're more than ready for a big influx of people from your neck of the woods reserving their hotel and tickets through us. With the Blackpool Illuminations 2020 Switch On having taken place on Friday and with our legendary lights now staying on an extra two whole months beyond November and across Christmas and even into the beginning of 2021, there's no excuse for our friends south of Watford not to come up and see us.
Finally, given that you clocked my rare picture of Del, Rodney and Granddad sitting pretty on top of the desk in our Ticket Office and we both share a love of Only Fools and Horses, it only seems right that I end my review reply by saying see you again...
This time next year?

Hello Janet,
It was so nice to read that your research saw Little Touches come out on top. Regarding your comment "never tried to sell me things I didn't want" this is a surprising rarity in 2020 business and makes us seriously stand out in a world that more often than not has a find'em, fleece'em, forget'em attitude.
There's also no clock watching when it comes to the time it takes to deliver knock-your-socks-off service to our Guests, as our energies are always focused on whatever it takes now in order for you to stick with us for many years to come.
Ultimately Janet, your review reflects how we are only too keen to hold our Guests' hand every step of the way to get them the best Blackpool experience package possible. I most certainly can't grumble at that and you can't say fairer than that either!

Little touches came recommended by the b&b that we were staying at. Didn't disappoint. Tom was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. All tickets and info printed and ready on arrival which was extremely handy as we were in a rush, great deal as we visited both the tower and madame tussads for a good price. I would use this company again and highly reccomend!

Hello Sophie,
We do indeed have our Withnell Road neighbours John and Jenny to thank for being introduced to each other. Hoteliers like them have really got behind us and very much appreciate having a facility like ours on their doorstep for their Guests to get their tickets all at once. I know when I saw Jenny a couple of weeks ago, she gave a big thumbs up to our building now being painted in the unmissable Blackpool FC tangerine colour, as it makes it even easier to point our Ticket Office out to her Guests.
Increasingly popular is the initiative you describe oh so well - our Ready and Waiting ticket collection service. This is being embraced and valued so, so much as of late and going off what you gave a nod to with your "extremely handy" comment, is convenience personified. Yes, all of our Guests still often get e-tickets off us in advance, but going in and out of emails on a phone can still be fiddly a lot of time, so having an easily accessible paper-based version of everything lined up for them is viewed as a godsend. Furthermore, however advanced technology is getting anyway, I'm yet to be able to send physical discount wristbands through cyberspace!
As you've probably guessed by now, at Little Touches we have a healthy disdain for conventional wisdom. By offering both online and offline, over-the-phone and in-person we cover all bases, much to the delight of Guests like you.
Helpful, handy and highly recommend so said Sophie, but from me to you I am grateful, truly and deeply for your review.
