Tom was outstanding
Tom was outstanding. He could not help us enough. He explained so many places on the map for us to find. He also got us the best deals on a 3 day tram/bus pass, and the best seats for a show. He also offered any further help by telling us to "pop in any time". I would highly recommend Tom to anyone booking trips while staying in Blackpool. Thanks Tom

Hello Leslie,
People are going to think I slipped you a fiver such is the high calibre review you have left!
The 3 Day Blackpool Transport Saver Tickets are really proving popular at the moment, with many people making the most of them by heading beyond the Golden Mile north to Cleveleys and Fleetwood and south to Lytham St. Annes too. As stated face to face, a midweek Blackpool break like you are on at the moment provides two chances to visit the world-famous Fleetwood Market on Tuesday and Thursday, or indeed three if you head to the town on the Friday before heading home. When it comes to weekends on the Fylde Coast, the over 200 stalls-strong market is open Saturdays and one day a year for Tram Sunday, the event that is officially called the Fleetwood Festival of Transport (to give it its Sunday name!).
With you being such a theatre buff, I'd be very keen to hear what you make of Kings and Queens at the Central Pier Showbar. Going off the lineup you will see of Elvis, Freddie Mercury and ABBA, let's hope it is ALWAYS ON YOUR MIND so much that you are UNDER PRESSURE to GO AGAIN.
It is absolutely true that the door's always open at our place...but I'd like to take this opportunity to say that the kettle is always on too for whenever you are next in Blackpool Leslie.

A very helpful service!
Little Touches happens to be located on the road our usual yearly b&b is on and we are so glad we discovered it! This is the second year running Tom has provided us our attraction tickets at a discounted price. At Little Touches Tom goes the extra mile to ensure your trip to Blackpool runs smoothly by telling you about the latest attractions and providing you with any money-off vouchers he’s able to get. Tom also took the time to find directions to the zoo for us out of term time, definitely recommend and will be using Little Touches services again next year.

Hello Clive,
A place is only is as good as its people (it serves) and you were a joy to deal with.
Saturday is THE day in Blackpool, so there was sure to have been a fantastic atmosphere at Viva's flagship Vegas Variety Show last night. You really did have the "full works" experience at the venue opting for delicious three course pre-show dining too.
Great to hear you will make use of our online reservation service on LittleTouches.com next time you return to Blackpool. We have a choice of hundreds of quality Blackpool hotel across the resort and it really is as simple as SEARCH-SELECT-SECURE to lock in your perfect property. Don't forget that by reserving your Blackpool hotel with yours truly, you'll also receive a number of additional benefits including a complimentary What's On Shows and Events Guide and Extra Touches Dining Discounts, plus we're on hand via telephone, email or social media at any time with our Blackpool-based Guest Relations for you to plan your things to see and do all at once.
Looks like our chance encounter in person yesterday has led to you being likely to use our online services in the near future, another prime example of why our mix of bricks and clicks is the only way to do things for a Big One like Blackpool.
As for your remark of "all your Blackpool holiday fun in a one stop shop," no amount of marketing wizardry can ever top lines like that from our Guests...and we hope to be the recipient of more of those first-rate, first-hand endorsements for many years to come.

Hello Cathy,
What an incredible one-liner you have just left us, thank you ever so much.
It was great to learn that you heard of us through word of mouth at breakfast time in your hotel. There really is nothing higher in the world of business than personal recommendation and making sure we are worthy of word of mouth seals of approvals is at the heart of everything we do. Having observed too many businesses over the years cannibalizing their long-term prospects by trying to get one over on their Guests, we do the exact opposite by treating our Guests as equals and partners in our growth and success.
Please let us know how you got on at Madame Tussauds and SeaLife, including the FAB-U-LOUS new Strictly Come Dancing Experience at the waxworks. Indeed, you are also set to be dazzled by more stars at the Kings and Queens show, including Elvis, Michael Jackson and George Michael.
It was interesting to hear from you in person about just how much you valued our service, whereby Guests can purchase almost all of their Blackpool entertainment options in one go without having to bother with the tiresome alternative of in, out, shake it all about on multiple websites.
Our critics may say "most people get their tickets online," and we're not denying that is absolutely true, but people like you Cathy know and appreciate why there's still a big, big appetite for our one-stop shop service. We're both online AND offline, high tech AND high Touch, whereas a lot of companies are trapped in thinking they have to be one or the other. Even online giant Amazon is now opening physical retail stores too...so let the short-sighted know-it-alls criticize away!
We're all about nurturing relationships at Little Touches to stand us in good stead for many years to come, so welcome to the clan, Cathy.

Hello Dave,
We aim to make our Guests' Blackpool experience as hassle-free as possible in all we do, so thank you for your recognition on that front. Little Touches remains the only Blackpool company where almost all Blackpool attractions and shows can be reserved under one roof - an entertainment emporium if you will.
What a lineup awaits when you head to Central Pier for the Kings and Queens tribute show: Elvis, Freddie Mercury and ABBA, with the glamorous and full of beans Invincible Dance group too. The following day, more showstopping entertainment will be witnessed at Viva's Vegas Variety Show, which promises it is "bringing cabaret back into the spotlight!" Your 3 Day Blackpool Transport passes will also sure come in handy for hopping on and off the resort's modern buses and trams as you please.
The hosts at your hotel continue to be only too happy to keep their Guests happy by entrusting us to provide people like your goodself with an excellent service on their doorstep. We never take the kind recommendations of our "referrer army" for granted and continue to treasure each new Guest they send our way.
From here onwards you are able to call upon any of the Little Touches team as your very own Blackpool concierge to plan your things to see and do itinerary with ease.
A fond farewell for now but looking forward to having you back with us in the near future.

Working together is the only way Blackpool can safeguard its position as the UK's number one seaside resort, so I'm glad you got a feel for this growing all for one and one for all spirit most recently.

Hello Mike,
The good news just keeps on coming! What a nice surprise it was yesterday afternoon to receive a Facebook recommendation from you, made all the more special by you dovetailing it this morning with a 5/5 Trustpilot review so that we can start a new week off in style.
I'm sure you went away from Funny Girls last night having been thoroughly entertained by the likes of DJ Zoe and Betty Legs Diamond. Hopefully you also put your discount vouchers to good use at either The Mandarin or its sister restaurant The Wok Inn for a spot of pre-show dining too.
As you quite rightly say, LittleTouches.com is home to hundreds of quality Blackpool properties, with something for every budget and every taste. Our Niche Category filter on our main search on the homepage enables us to proudly boast that we're the only big choice for Blackpool site where you are firmly in the driving seat and can head to exactly what you're looking for straight away.
You saved your best endorsement until last though, with your "one-stop shop" comment truly encapsulating the essence of LT. We still remain the only business where Guests can purchase the vast majority of their Blackpool leisure and hospitality options in a single instance, saving them both time and money.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Blackpool on your next visit down south.

Hello Toni-marie,
You can never have too many verys in life, so thank you VERY much for taking the time to drop us a line on Trustpilot. It really is a power word that says it all in reviews.
At Little Touches we love the following quote from Walt Disney which reflects the VERY heart of your review:
“Whatever you do, do it well. Do it so well that when people see you do it, they will want to come back and see you do it again, and they will want to bring others and show them how well you do what you do.”
Serving Guests like your goodself at our company is less a onetime event and more a lifelong event and it looks like this is the start of another blossoming Guest-Host relationship.

Thanks to the hosts at your hotel a couple of doors away from our Ticket Office on Withnell Road we had the pleasure of serving you. Our ''referrer army'' are only too keen to entrust us to give their Guests a well-rounded resort experience and their endorsement continues to be integral to our growth and success. They quite rightly look upon our business as an extension of their offering, with savings to be had and the convenience factor of being able to purchase almost all Blackpool attractions and shows in one swoop.

It was an absolute honour to serve you on your very first visit to Blackpool. At Little Touches® Hospitality we firmly believe that Blackpool is all the better off for being all for one and one for all and that was reflected in the attraction, show and dining package we bundled together for you.
Each and every one of our Guests are viewed as partners in the continued success and growth of our company and as such I do hope you feel that you are now part of the LT family too.

"Absolutely fantastic" may well be Gary Barlow's catchphrase, but on this occasion we're so glad that those two words came from you.
Yourself, Sue and both of your families have really turned into brand ambassadors for Little Touches, returning to see us every year since we opened our Ticket Office in South Shore, appearing on our social media to reinforce that our Guests are the Stars of our Show and just this morning a gentleman came to see us to make a saving on Blackpool Zoo tickets upon Sue's recommendation.
Do let us know how you get on at your double helpings of Viva shows and I hope you manage to put your complimentary Funny Girls standing tickets to good use too.
See you real soon!
