I was kept informed of the time it would take to manufacture and deliver. It came earlier than expected. Excellent service on delivery too.

Super efficient. My table was available and delivered more than eight weeks earlier than expected. The delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer.

The service could not have been better from start to finish. The phone line that I rang to put in my order was very helpful and guided me through delivery. I had ordered to different size bedside tables which they double checked was what I wanted vectors putting through the order. The delivery team were unbelievable. I had given the wrong delivery address initially. On the day, they were totally relaxed about it (even though they were at the wrong address with a loaded lorry) and rescheduled the delivery with no fuss. I was due to be out on the day so the delivery team did a FaceTime with me in advance to see where everything would go. On the day, they assembled and placed everything exactly as agreed and sent photos. Totally unbelievable and very impressive.

The chairs I ordered arrived earlier than expected, which was great. Also delivery on the day was great. I am very pleased with the chairs. Great style and comfort. The only flaw is that the colour was described as Ebony so I expected them to be a definite black. Whereas they are brownish grey, almost black if you squint.

Extremely helpful sales assistants in the store and on the phones. All follow-up queries or questions were dealt with swiftly and competently. Nothing seems too much trouble. The staff were all very well informed re the products and were able to give good and honest advice.

Good communication- order arrived quicker than expected

We are thrilled with the excellent customer service that Lime Modern Living offered. We ordered a dining table from Lime but the initial ordered item had been obsoleted and Amanda was so thoughtful as to recommend another similar model to us. She is knowledgeable and had addressed our queries with amicable solutions. The follow up has been thorough and we have been kept updated on the order and delivery status throughout. Thankful as well to the delivery team who were efficient and did a fabulous assembly job. The product quality is superb and it’s authentic Italian making. We will definitely consider Lime as our 1st choice for upcoming furniture purchases.

Just want to say a big thank you to all at Lime for their patience whilst we completed our reno work. Especially Peter who stayed in touch continuously as we kept on changing delivery dates of our dining table which we love. So happy with the delivery guys setting up the table and showing us how to extend it. Highly recommend Lime.
